The Wish-Fulfilling Jewel, a Guide to the Longsal Nyingtik, abides as such. Within this, the sections seem to have not been standardized, with some confusion, also present in the two document copies, so it is left as is, unable to be modified. Om(藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah(藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), Hum(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). In the mandala of the expanse of awareness, emptiness, and clear bindus, Self-born, spontaneously accomplished, luminous, uncompounded gathering. The primordial protector, Kunsang Yabyum, and, Orgyen and all the Kagyu lamas, Yidam deities and oath-bound protectors, To all the sources of all accomplishments, I prostrate with reverence in body, speech, and mind, and take refuge. The supreme, inexpressible, luminous essence, The heart essence of Orgyen, the life of my yogi, The heart blood of the dakinis, the Longsal Nyingtik, The profound red instructions, the essential key points, For the sake of future fortunate disciples, May the gods and vidyadharas write well here, May the Dharma protectors and dakinis grant their blessings. Therefore, the great secret key point oral transmission of the sacred Dharma Longsal Nyingtik has ten points. That is, first, examine the lama and disciple, the place and implements, the time and auspicious connections, the instructions and favorable conditions, etc., which should be learned in detail from the instructions in the text. First, the common preliminaries are accumulating merit and the uncommon preliminaries are distinguishing samsara and nirvana, and settling the three doors through settling in their natural state. Through guru yoga, bestow the power of blessings, through the three sources of arising, seek the flaws of reality, through forced introduction, show the face of reality, through the instructions of the ground, cutting through, determine the infallible boundary, through the extraction of power and dispelling obstacles, bring the practice to completion, through the instructions of thögal, show the essential points of the profound path, through the instructions of the final support, bring the Dharma to exhaustion. First, the common preliminaries are eight: the difficulty of finding leisure and endowment, impermanence of death, the faults of samsara, taking refuge and generating bodhicitta, accumulating the mandala of offerings, restoring broken vows and accumulating merit, the yoga of Kusulu, and purifying obscurations with the hundred-syllable mantra.

recitation, etc. Thus, the common preliminary practices, the eight branches, can be understood in detail in the 'Practice Dharma Lamrim,' and in brief in the 'Practice Dharma Wish-Fulfilling Jewel.' Secondly, the uncommon preliminary practices, distinguishing the boundaries of samsara and nirvana, are threefold: outer, inner, and secret distinctions. First, distinguishing the boundaries according to the outer aspect: Firstly, from the outer perspective, it involves body, speech, and mind. The purpose is: Firstly, by distinguishing the boundaries of the body, outwardly, the elements of the body are balanced, resulting in longevity and few illnesses; inwardly, the obscurations of the body are purified, resulting in swift attainment of accomplishment; secretly, actual wisdom arises, resulting in the rapid completion of the development of the four visions, thereby achieving the purpose of attaining the Vajra Body. The scriptural references regarding the purpose, qualities, etc., of the tantras are not elaborated here and should be understood from the texts. First, the actual distinction of the body: On a comfortable seat, the body should be in the vajra posture, with the soles of the feet facing upwards. The spine should be straightened, the four limbs of the body should be taut, and the back of the neck should be stretched straight. The two hands should be joined in a palm-to-palm gesture, with the fingers pointing straight upwards towards the crown of the head. The gaze should be directed towards the space in front, slightly upwards. The object of focus for the mind should also be in the expanse of the sky, remaining in a state of ease. The body should be visualized as a golden five-pronged vajra, clearly visualized in the mind. This should be done for as long as the body can endure. Initially, it should be for the duration of time it takes for one person to eat a meal. Thereafter, one should strive diligently day and night, as much as one can endure. By meditating in this way, the three main channels, the five chakras, and so on, will enter into the essential points, ultimately leading to the attainment of the Vajra Body. Temporarily, it will also eliminate obstacles and become the supreme protection. One should remain in such a posture for a long time. If one cannot endure it, one should emit an empty sound of 'Ha,' and at the same time, one should think that one's own awareness, abiding in the white A(藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿), has gone far away into the sky at the crown of the head. At the same time, the body should fall backwards, collapsing like a corpse in a charnel ground. In a state of no support and no clinging, it should be left to fall like a severed root. If one strives diligently in this way for three or two days, one will be able to distinguish the boundaries of the body. In general, one will also be able to distinguish the boundaries of body, speech, and mind. Why? The body, through the vajra posture, the mind directed towards the un
