旧伏藏们，经文传承、灌顶口传诀窍未衰败的，仅仅有个别，大多数是，传承有中断，灌顶和口传传承衰败，自创裁剪不纯正的法脉增长。那时，此法从伏藏取出之时，与众生有缘分觉醒的补特伽罗们，此法修持禅修谁做了，与五处的大班智达贝玛莫扎（藏文：པདྨ་མུ་ཏྲ།），与娘本我和相遇有什么区别呢？这个有漏的蕴身消失不见，一生获得光身没有怀疑。拿出毅力断除今生的执着，仅仅为了吃饱肚子维持生命的事情上，如果能够生起忍耐而拿出毅力，那么为了今生成就光身，不拿出毅力，真是内心腐烂啊。因此，未来出现的我的追随者们，在寂静的地方修持此法，出现暖相之时，生起信心和敬信。娘本我的遗嘱心语，铭刻在心中吧，后代们。地水火风空五种，色声香味触五种，贪嗔痴五种，肉血暖气心和五种，五部佛、五父、五母和，大护法五父五母五智慧，显有轮回涅槃所有一切，本来清净原始虚空，解脱为大光明蕴。名言穷尽，断除执着的绳索，自明自显法身无生。那个意义本身，铭刻在心中。诸佛加持灌顶立誓言。金刚善，士夫明点力，对于修持此法的补特伽罗，守护所有有形无形的损害和障碍，成办所有顺缘，按照所吩咐的去做，像侍奉君主男女一样去做，守护誓言吧，士夫明点力，不违背誓言，金刚善力。这个医学历算的房屋，也交付给你保管，做护法吧。娘本我像贝玛莫扎一样，这个有漏之身消失在虚空中，想必会获得不死的虹光身，占据稳固之地。有朝一日，未来劫的时节的末尾，天子化身光明幻化者，从伏藏取出秘密的心髓，为了利益他众的时候，娘本我亲自或者

The old treasures, the scriptures, transmissions, empowerments, oral instructions, and precepts that have not deteriorated, only a few remain, but most have interruptions in the lineage, and the empowerments and oral transmissions have deteriorated. Self-made and improperly cut Dharma lineages are increasing. At that time, when this treasure is extracted from the earth, those individuals who are awakened by karma with sentient beings, whoever practices and meditates on this, there is no difference between meeting the great scholar Vimalamitra of the five places and me, Nyangben. When this contaminated aggregate disappears, there is no doubt that one will attain the rainbow body in one lifetime. Put forth effort and sever the attachments of this life. If you can cultivate endurance and put forth effort for the sake of filling your stomach and protecting your life, then for the sake of attaining the rainbow body in this life, not putting forth effort is truly a rotten heart. Therefore, those who will come after me in the future, practice this Dharma in solitary places. When signs of warmth appear, generate faith and devotion. Engrave this heart-advice of Nyangben's last testament in your heart, future generations. The five elements of earth, water, fire, wind, and space, the five objects of form, sound, smell, taste, and touch, the five poisons of desire, anger, and ignorance, the five components of flesh, blood, warmth, breath, and mind, the five Buddha families, the five fathers, the five mothers, the five great glorious Herukas, the five mothers, and the five wisdoms, all phenomena of samsara and nirvana, are liberated into the great mass of light of primordial purity and original space. When words cease, cut the rope of clinging. Self-awareness and self-arising, the Dharmakaya is unborn. Engrave that very meaning in your heart. The Buddhas have sealed, empowered, and made vows. Vajra Lekpa, the essence of the male principle, protect all visible and invisible harm and obstacles for the individuals who practice this Dharma. Accomplish all favorable conditions, and act according to the command of what is to be practiced. Serve like a king, queen, male, or female. Keep the vows, essence of the male principle. Do not violate the vows, Vajra Lekpa's power. This house of astrology and medicine, I entrust to you to take care of, be the protector. Nyangben, like Vimalamitra, this contaminated body disappears into space, and I think I will attain the immortal rainbow body and take a firm hold of it. 显现时，相遇后秘密之义、意之义彻底显现；那时，即使仅获得此法的一点传承，从七世之后也将成就光身。以娘班我之真实愿力之威力，天子转世为光明幻化，愿与掘藏力及此法相遇！如此发愿后，大圆满秘密续部窍诀之精髓，班禅毗玛拉木扎的心髓深奥九义汇集，娘班我亲自将此写于书页卷轴中，藏于微型佛塔中作为秘密伏藏处。萨玛雅！嘉嘉嘉！愿具誓护法夏瓦衮波守护！ 大圆满秘密心髓甚深精要汇集之精要中，法类之名称：光明幻化掘藏力。

When it appears, having met, may the meaning of the secret and the meaning of the intention be fully revealed. At that time, even if one only receives a little transmission of this Dharma, from seven lifetimes onwards, one will attain the Rainbow Body. By the power of the truthful aspiration of Nyangben myself, may the incarnation of the divine son be a clear illusion, and may he meet with the treasure-revealing power and this Dharma! Having made this aspiration, the essence of the secret tantra instructions of the Great Perfection, the profound nine meanings of the heart essence of Vimalamitra, the great master, are gathered together. Nyangben myself wrote this on a scroll of pages and hid it in a miniature stupa as a secret treasure place. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! May the oath-bound protector, Shawa Gonpo, protect it! From the essence of the Great Perfection, the secret heart essence, the collection of profound and essential points, the name of the Dharma section: Luminous Illusion, Treasure-Revealing Power.
