为了弘扬佛法，请赐予护法忿怒母的灌顶。如此祈请。之后，上师给予弟子甘露，乃是普贤佛母的化身，将忿怒母的灌顶赐予弟子。莫违背誓言，永久守护。嗡啊吽 萨瓦 班杂 阿弥利达 萨玛雅 吽。（藏文：ཨཱོྃ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་སརྦ་པཉྩ་ཨ་མྲྀཏ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ओँ आः हूँ सर्व पञ्चामृत समय हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ sarva pañcāmṛta samaya hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽，一切五甘露誓言吽）如此赐予誓言。用香水沐浴弟子。刹那间，在尸陀林烈火燃烧的中央，在颅骨燃烧的宫殿，鲜血涓涓流淌的中央，在莲花日轮敌魔男女交合的上方，从种子字 བྷྱོ 放射出光芒，完全转变，化现为护法忿怒母，身色深蓝黑色，具有怖畏的相貌。张开嘴，獠牙如雪山般耸立。头发覆盖大地。头顶发髻中，蓝色头发燃烧着光芒。右手拿着人肉嘎巴拉，左手拿着灰色的母狼。口中吸吮着亡者的心血。周围环绕着成千上万的铁狼。在成千上万的母曜中，发出吽 啪 བྷྱོ 的声音，如雷鸣般。其三处（身语意）的三个字，特别是心咒 བྷྱོ 放射出光芒。从自性与法身普贤佛母的虚空中，如同降雨般，融入无别的自生智慧勇识。观想后，念诵：玛玛 扎 惹叉 卡 门扎，木汝木汝木，吽 བྷྱོ བྷྱོ 吽，惹摩德 钦 杂杂 卡拉 བྷྱོ，汝汝汝汝 玛德 བྷྱོ，班杂 阿贝夏亚 阿阿 匝 吽 班 霍，融入无二。以 德叉 班杂 使之稳固。之后，将朵玛观想为外朵玛的形象，内则观想为尸陀林烈火燃烧的宫殿，在其中央生起忿怒母及其眷属。观想主尊及其眷属的额头 嗡 字放射出白色光芒，身体的形象不可估量，融入弟子。将朵玛放在头顶，念诵：吽！普贤佛母，空界之大母，对于守誓者，迅速赐予成就，断除佛法十方命脉者，护法忿怒黑母之身灌顶，赐予有缘种姓之子灌顶，愿获得降伏佛法仇敌之权！玛玛 扎 惹叉 卡 门扎，木汝木汝木，吽 བྷྱོ བྷྱོ 吽。卡亚 阿贝钦杂 嗡。之后，将朵玛放在颈部。

In order to protect and spread the Buddha's teachings, please bestow the empowerment of the Dharma Protector Wrathful Mother. Thus, request. Then, the master gives nectar to the disciple, which is the emanation of Samantabhadri, bestowing the empowerment of the Wrathful Mother upon the disciple. Do not violate the vows, protect them forever. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ sarva pañcāmṛta samaya hūṃ. (藏文：ཨཱོྃ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་སརྦ་པཉྩ་ཨ་མྲྀཏ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ओँ आः हूँ सर्व पञ्चामृत समय हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ sarva pañcāmṛta samaya hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Ah Hum, Sarva Panchamrita Samaya Hum) Thus, bestow the vows. Purify the disciple with cleansing water. In an instant, in the center of the charnel ground blazing with fire, in the palace of burning skulls, in the center where the water of rakta flows, on top of the lotus sun disc of crossed male and female enemies and obstructors, from the letter བྷྱོ rays of light radiate, completely transforming, manifesting as the Dharma Protector Wrathful Mother, body color dark blue-black, with a terrifying appearance. Mouth open, fangs protruding like snow mountains. Hair covering the earth. In the crown of the head, blue hair blazes with light. The right hand holds a kapala of human flesh, the left hand holds a gray female wolf. Sucking the heart blood of the deceased in the mouth. Surrounded by hundreds of thousands of iron wolves. In the midst of hundreds of thousands of mamos, the sound of hūṃ phaṭ bhyo resounds like thunder. From the three letters of the three places (body, speech, and mind), especially from the heart mantra bhyo, rays of light radiate. From the space of the self-nature and Dharmakaya Samantabhadri, like rain falling on the ocean, the self-born wisdom heroes and heroines merge indivisibly. After contemplating, recite: Mama trak raksha kha muntra, muru muru mu, hūṃ bhyo bhyo hūṃ, rakmo te kem tsa tsa khala bhyo, rulu rulu mati bhyo, vajra āveśaya ā āḥ jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ, merge into non-duality. Stabilize with tiṣṭha vajra. Then, visualize the torma as the external form of the torma, internally visualize the palace of the charnel ground blazing with fire, in the center of which arise the Wrathful Mother and her retinue. Visualize that white rays of light radiate from the oṃ letter on the foreheads of the main deity and the retinue, and the forms of the bodies are immeasurable, merging into the disciple. Place the torma on the crown of the head, and recite: Hūṃ! Samantabhadri, great mother of space, for those who keep the vows, quickly grant accomplishments, cutter of the life force of the ten realms of the teachings, empowerment of the body of the Dharma Protector Wrathful Black Mother, by bestowing empowerment upon the fortunate son of the lineage, may the power to subdue the enemies of the teachings be obtained! Mama trak raksha kha muntra, muru muru mu, hūṃ bhyo bhyo hūṃ. Kaya abhiṣiñca oṃ. Then, place the torma on the neck.
