以未净之物束缚后，苏！ ཏྲཱཾ་རཏྣ་ཏྲཻ་ལོཀྱ་ཕཊ༔ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）每份食子的微尘，化为珍宝帐篷受用。以三字之威加持。吽！ 眷属与教敕之眷属，饮血者如虚空之身，前来前来护法母众，于阿修罗之岩洞中，莲花生大师与，朗钦华吉僧格之前，如所承诺立誓，享用誓物教敕食子，成办所托之事业。 ཨོཾ་ལ་ལ༔ ལེ་ལེ༔ ཏཾ་ཏཾ༔ ཏེ་ཏེ༔ ཁ་རཀྨ༔ མ་མ་སྲིང་འགྲོ་མ་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྱོ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ༔ མ་ཧཱ་པཉྩ་ཨ་མྲྀཏ་རཀྟ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁཱ་ཧི༔ （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）以四种事业之舞姿行之。于ཡཱ་之众之坛城中，智慧寂静大尊众， 以大悲心击打舞蹈，愚痴金刚及眷属，世间界无量无数，烦恼魔与不顺众，刹那之间即寂灭，祈愿成办寂灭之事业。于མཱ་之众之坛城中，稀有威严大尊众，以威严之心击打舞蹈，慢金刚及眷属，世间界无量无数，权势与光荣大尊众，刹那之间即增盛，祈愿成办增盛之事业。于ཝཾ་之众之坛城中，大乐之舞姿转变众，以贪恋之心击打舞蹈，贪欲金刚及眷属，世间界无量无数，君臣男女谷财等，刹那之间即摄集，祈愿成办怀柔之事业。于ཨེ་之众之坛城中，炽燃暴怒威猛众，以忿怒之心击打舞蹈，嗔恨金刚及眷属，世间界无量无数，罗睺邪魔无余众，刹那之间即摧毁，祈愿成办诛灭之事业。念诵四吽字咒，击打舞蹈。 吽！ 为利有情极殷勤，以智慧悲悯垂念我，殊胜共同之胜成就，祈请赐予我并安住，身语意安住金刚。祈请成就并得灌顶后，行供赞忏祈等。吽吽吽！

The retinue and the assembly of commands, the blood-drinkers like the body of space, come forth, come forth, protecting mothers, in the cave of the Asuras, before the master Padmasambhava and, Langchen Palgyi Senge, as promised and vowed, enjoy the torma of the oath substance command, accomplish the entrusted activities. Oṃ lala! Lele! Taṃ taṃ! Te te! Kha rakṣa! Mama sring droma hūṃ bhyo hūṃ hūṃ! Mahā pañca amṛta rakta baliṃta khāhi! Perform the dance in the form of the four activities. In the mandala of the assembly of Yā, the great peaceful wisdom ones, by striking the dance with great compassion, with the ignorance vajra and its retinue, all the countless realms of the world, the disturbing demons and discordant hosts, may they be pacified in an instant, may the peaceful activities be accomplished. In the mandala of the assembly of Mā, the great wondrous majestic ones, by striking the dance with a wrathful mind, with the pride vajra and its retinue, all the countless realms of the world, the great glory and splendor, may they be increased in an instant, may the increasing activities be accomplished. In the mandala of the assembly of Vaṃ, the great blissful dance transforming ones, by striking the dance with an attached mind, with the desire vajra and its retinue, all the countless realms of the world, kings, ministers, men, women, grains, and wealth, may they be gathered under control in an instant, may the subjugating activities be accomplished. In the mandala of the assembly of E, the blazing, fierce, and wrathful ones, by striking the dance with an angry mind, with the hatred vajra and its retinue, all the countless realms of the world, all the Rudras, enemies, and obstacles, may they be destroyed in an instant, may the wrathful activities be accomplished. Recite the four Hūṃ mantras and strike the dance. Hūṃ! For the sake of sentient beings, generate supreme diligence, with wisdom and compassion, think of me, the supreme and common supreme attainments, grant them to me and remain steadfastly, body, speech, and mind, abide vajra. Having requested the attainments and received the empowerment, perform offerings, praises, forbearance, and requests, etc. Hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ!

Make it stable and recite the hundred-syllable mantra. Dedicate the merit and make aspirations. Do whatever auspicious celebration there may be. Continuously, the three doors, body, speech, and mind, View appearance and existence as deity and mantra. This is the yoga of the essential practice of the combined peaceful and wrathful ones.
