Concise Summary of Profound Meanings, a Record of Instructions on the United Two Treasures, Channels, Winds, and Bindus. Padma Garwang. Concise Summary of Profound Meanings, a Record of Instructions on the United Two Treasures, Channels, Winds, and Bindus. Padma Garwang. This is the Dharma called "Concise Summary of Profound Meanings, a Record of Instructions on the United Two Treasures, Channels, Winds, and Bindus." Namaḥ śrīmāṃ gurave (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思). Self-born wisdom, fierce woman yogini. From urging the invincible hero of spring. Establishing the body in the form of bliss-emptiness union. Protecting with the dance of the great powerful father and mother. The life of the secret ultimate path of yoga. From binding the life force to the dhūti The supreme method of preventing transference. A concise record of the profound path instruction method. Here, the Dharma of the powerful Vajra who subdues demons, the master of the ten bhūmis, the Heart Drop of the Emanation Body, and the Vajra Essence of Clear Space of the great Vidyādhara Do-ngak Lingpa, that is, the emanation of the two great treasures, the profound treasure teachings and secret instructions, like a river merging into one, the secret empowerment practice of learning the unattached wind, and the instruction on practicing the attached bindu of Sherwang, are briefly explained. The person who practices this should tame their own mindstream with common mind training, establish the foundation of the path with the seven dharmas, and after the generation stage of the vase empowerment is clear, pure, stable, and rigorous, combine it as a condition for the path with a slight realization of the nature of the ground meaning, Trekchö. The place for practice is praised as a high and cool place among the snow mountains, on the top of mountains, on the banks of rivers, formed in the shape of heaven, earth, and dharmadhātu. There are three ways to practice: preliminaries, main practice, and conclusion. The first has four: body posture, protection wheel, poison removal, and blessing the vessel. The first is: the key to the body's magical wheel, the basis of everything, is to arrange the seven dharmas of Vairochana on a clean seat. Sit in the vajra posture with the left foot inside and the right foot outside. Make a fist with the thumb pressing the pulse of the index finger, palm facing up. Stretch the arms upwards, elbows twisted outwards. Straighten the spine. Press the tongue against the palate. Slightly bend the neck. Lower the eyes to the tip of the nose. Thus, if the body posture is correctly arranged without error, the winds will enter the central channel, and their respective functions will be accomplished. The method

If it goes wrong, the wind will be reversed and become an obstacle, so the body posture is extremely important. That is, the outside of the body is taut, and the inside is relaxed, so that all the winds above and below will gather, generating uncontaminated warmth, and the heroes and dakinis of the twenty-four sacred sites will be controlled. In the Root Wind of the Heart Essence of Sprulku, it says: "Tilting to the right harms wealth, tilting to the left harms life; leaning back harms the elements, and generates many conceptual thoughts; bending over causes dullness, ignorance, and confusion to proliferate; it is extremely important, these should be avoided." Secondly, the protection wheel: instantly transform yourself into Guru Drakpo or Hayagriva on a lotus sun and corpse cushion, with a dark red-black body, a wrathful, lustful, and majestic demeanor, one face and two hands, four sharp white fangs bared, beard and eyebrows blazing red-yellow, red-yellow hair standing on end, with a verdant horse head in the middle neighing, capable of shaking the three realms. Adorned with a crown of five dry skulls, a necklace of fifty wet heads, precious earrings, bracelets and anklets made of snakes, wearing the skins of humans, cattle, and tigers. The right hand holds a flaming sword of wisdom, and the left hand points down with a threatening mudra. The feet stand in a lunge. Visualize that appearances are not inherently existent, but clear inside and out like a crystal vase, adorned on the crown of the head with the form of the root guru, Amitabha. Meditate that the entire body, inside and out, is filled with fire, minor wrathful deities, and weapons. When exhaling, visualize that these spread out like dust motes in the sunlight throughout the external realms, threatening, driving away, and tormenting obstacles, causing them to disappear without a trace. When inhaling again, visualize that they gather inside, facing outward from all sides, filling everything like a net. Afterwards, rest in non-conceptualization, without focusing on what is to be cut or what cuts in between. Third, expelling toxins: just as one washes a container before filling it with essence, in order to clear the channels and expel the toxins of the wind, perform the nine rounds of forceful exhalation: sit in the vajra posture on a comfortable cushion, straighten the body so that the channels are straight. This straightens the elements, and this straightens the wind, using the four essentials of straightness to prolong the retention of the wind, until the body posture does not collapse, with the vajra fists from the thighs to the knees facing upwards, and then turning upwards, passing through the entire body, exhale and expel the wind from the right nostril, expelling it in a lotus-circling manner.
