The yogi who is ripened by empowerment and abides by the vows, in a secluded place with the power of dakini gatherings, at special times such as the tenth days of the waxing and waning moon, displays the supports and implements such as the vow images. If it is related to empowerment, then gather the mandala and empowerment substances. For the tsok offering alone, prepare the three: medicine, alcohol, and torma. It is also sufficient to arrange external offerings and tsok substances. Arrange the order of offerings according to wealth and circumstances. The yogi sits facing west on a skin or meditation mat. The actual activity is divided into three: the preliminary, the main part, and the subsequent order. The first has seven parts, and the first is the purification offering torma: Instantly visualize yourself as the form of the venerable Wrathful Black Mother. From the junction of all, invite the nectar of wisdom. The vajra moon, the three syllables, and the five families gradually dissolve and mix, becoming one taste with the nectar of samaya, transforming into a great ocean of the nectar of wisdom. After offering with two waters and five desirable objects, recite: Whoever dwells here, gods and nagas, yakshas, rakshasas, or other beings, for the sake of secret enjoyment, I offer this torma, please accept it truly. Please accept this offering of torma, pacify, increase, empower, and subdue, attract, expel, suppress, and torment, may all activities be accomplished. With this offering that pleases the dakinis, may your vows be fulfilled, and grant me all happiness and goodness. Recite Sumbha, accompanied by the sound of musical instruments, and throw the torma outside. Third, expelling the obstructing spirits and protecting: Burn gugul incense, and recite: Hum, in this supreme pure place of myself, may the charnel ground mistress and her retinue, bless this as a charnel ground. Turn the misleading ones into dust, subdue the obstructing ones. Om Gha Gha Ghataya Ghataya Hum Phet (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning). Hum, listen, obstructing spirits and misleading ones, I am the form of the wrathful black mother, without disobeying my command, do not stay here, go elsewhere. If you do not go and stay, the wrathful black mother will be angry, with the burning weapon of the curved knife, your body, speech, and mind, will be destroyed like dust.
