Emanating from me, in the center of one composed of various precious jewels, is the chief deity called Great Bliss White Mother, upon a corpse seat, possessing glorious radiance. She dwells in the same manner as the central chief deity. She is surrounded by a hundred thousand white mothers, performing the empowerment and feast gathering of the peaceful east. Therefore, I requested her to grant me a share of the empowerment and feast gathering. The chief deity said: Fortunate one, listen! Outwardly, I am also called Vajra Dakini; inwardly, I am also called Great Bliss White Mother; secretly, I am also called Mirror-like Wisdom Dakini. Fortunate one, listen! The people of snowy Tibet, being controlled by the affliction of hatred, are falling into the inescapable hells. Therefore, in order for these sentient beings to go to the Great Bliss of the Dakini realm, I will give this teaching of the inseparability of awareness and emptiness, which takes hatred as the path. She is surrounded by a hundred thousand yellow mothers, performing the empowerment and feast gathering of the increasing south. Therefore, I also requested her to grant me empowerment and feast gathering. The chief deity said: Fortunate one, listen! Outwardly, I am also called Ratna Dakini; inwardly, I am also called Yellow Mother Meaning Accomplished; secretly, I am also called Equality Wisdom Dakini. Fortunate one, listen! The people of snowy Tibet, being controlled by the affliction of pride, are going to the inescapable three lower realms.
