If you have power and ability, eat the flesh of these people, drink their blood, suck their breath, chew their bones, inflict nine kinds of leprosy, inflict madness and bad omens, inflict plagues and internal strife, inflict warfare and witchcraft. Do not listen to the orders of the Bonpos and Buddhists, do not accept ransoms and substitutes, establish measurements in the empty sky, do not sow time in the afterlife, do not boast of being able to control the naturally arising birth and death, but immediately devour and drink these oath-breakers, including their men, women, children, livestock, land, and castles, including their backing, armies, and allies, let them vanish in an instant, their names no longer be mentioned, let them disappear like dust.
