Keep the remaining items as a symbol of accomplishment and as items to be used for activities. If the fire offerings have been completed separately before, then a supplementary fire offering should be performed here. If the previous two have not been completed, then a fire offering must be performed at this time, with outer, inner, and secret vows, and a fire offering equivalent to one-tenth of the previous recitation must be completed. Third, Sharpening the Command Protectors: If a practitioner who has completed the outer, inner, and secret three practices of Padmasambhava's Dakini wishes to perform the sharpening of the power activity, and to establish the recitation practice of the great protector deity, the father and mother, then first of all, the life-force instructions and key points of this practice must be obtained from the guru. After preparing the items clearly stated in the ritual, completely perform the self-generation Dakini ritual from beginning to end. In the visualization in front, incorporate the ritual of the great deity and retinue, the recitations of the outer, inner, and secret practices, and the key points of meditation into a separate ritual. At the end of completion, if one is able to perform the fire offering of power, the activity will be very swift and powerful. Fourth, Activities: If a yogi who has obtained the warmth of recitation practice sees that it is of great significance, not of his own will, to help the guru and the teachings, or to bring others into the Dharma, or to transform wealth into virtuous deeds, then, in order to attract the minds of each individual, make medicine pills; in order to attract the entire region, make red tsa-tsas; for both general and specific activities, swiftly and powerfully, the combination of fire and wind should be performed. In particular, the fire offering, which is performed frequently at times and when needed, is easy to handle, and is not only an activity of power, but is also important for general activities.
