Therefore, it is important during the activity, and should be learned from the oral instructions of the venerable lama. Thirdly, this method of subjugation through meditation is highly praised for its profound help in the activity of subjugation if practiced appropriately during regular practice sessions, and those who have completed the required number of recitations can accomplish their goals through this alone. Furthermore, the activities of subjugation that need to be performed suddenly are also explained in the text itself. The supreme activity is: the special key to empowering the wisdom of the four vajras through the path related to the four empowerments, which is explained in the text itself. Because it possesses the key of the lama's oral instructions and the transmission of blessings, if practiced, it is a special instruction for accomplishing the body of union. Even if practiced a little, it has a special key to mastering common activities. Therefore, do not rely on subjugation driven by intense needs and desires that burn like fire. It is important to strive to gain some experience in controlling one's own mind, which is crucial for those who perform subjugation. Do not make the pursuit of personal desires and pleasures the primary motivation, but have the intention to benefit Buddhism and sentient beings. Among all activities, the activity of subjugation is the best, because without causing harm, the results of other activities can also be achieved incidentally. Therefore, understand the advantages and disadvantages of performing or not performing the activity, do not be confused about the manner of performing the activity, and strive tirelessly to experience the joy of the vidya-mantra in seeing the results of the activity manifest. First, for something ordinary that is easily subjugated, perform the activity in the manner of obtaining accomplishment, and if the order of dependent arising is not reversed, then all activities undertaken in the future will be easily accomplished, that is the key.

Regarding the substances for guarding against demons, red garlic is garlic with a red skin. Red creeping indigo is the mind-captivating substance mentioned in the commentary on the Immortal Treasury, etc., but it is difficult to obtain in Tibet.
