祈请加持我等获得此果位。 此外，愿此世间等广大国土之中，风调雨顺，五谷丰登，一切争斗与战乱得以平息，人畜疾病彻底断绝。第十四，吉祥颂：如胜幢顶端之自在王，亦如超胜天神之顶严，赐予修行者殊胜成就之，无与伦比上师至尊愿吉祥！断证圆满之佛陀，亦以调伏众生之缘故，示现声闻之行仪，尤其行持事业之护法者，愿诸大阿罗汉吉祥！具足圆满犹如金山者，如是等等，应念诵所知之吉祥偈颂。第十五，后行之事业：若无其他所依，唯有彩粉坛城，则念诵：ཨཱོྃ། （藏文） 嗡。（梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡） 您成办有情一切义，赐予随顺之成就，从佛刹逝去之后，祈请再次降临！班杂 穆！（藏文） བཛྲ་མུཿ （梵文天城体：वज्र मुः，梵文罗马拟音：vajra muḥ，汉语字面意思：金刚 穆） 智慧尊请返回，誓言尊融入于我，事业之印记令其隐没。若有十六尊者之所依或彩绘坛城，则如是说：祈请十方诸佛连同眷属垂念于我。乃至虚空般之有情众生未证得佛果之前，祈请诸佛不入涅槃而安住。尤其于此身语意之所依上，迎请安住之所有智慧尊，祈请长久安住，并赐予我等一切有情众生殊胜与共同之成就。如是念诵三遍，并撒花。如是，藏地中心之金刚座拉萨大昭寺，为救度水灾之授记，如莲花生大师之教言所示，与建成之防水金刚殿相符。此供养能王十六尊者仪轨之供云，亦如桑杰林巴之伏藏原文之词义，整理次第并补缺补遗。

May we be blessed to attain this state. Furthermore, may there be timely rainfall and abundant harvests in all the vast realms, including this world. May all conflicts and wars be pacified. May all diseases of humans and livestock be completely eradicated. Fourteenth, Auspicious Verses: Like the sovereign king at the top of the victory banner, and like the crown ornament of the supreme gods, may the incomparable and supreme Guru, who grants supreme accomplishments to practitioners, be auspicious! Although being Buddhas with perfect abandonment and wisdom, they also uphold the conduct of Shravakas due to the influence of those to be tamed. May the great Arhats, especially those Dharma protectors who carry out activities, be auspicious! Possessing perfect abundance, like a golden mountain, etc. One should recite as many auspicious verses as one knows. Fifteenth, Subsequent Activities: If there is no other support except for the mandala of colored powders, then recite: Oṃ. You accomplish all the purposes of sentient beings, grant accomplishments in accordance, and after departing to the Buddha-field, please come again! Vajra Muḥ! The wisdom beings depart, may the commitment beings be absorbed into me. May the traces of the activity be made invisible. If there is a support of the Sixteen Arhats or a painted mandala, then say this: May all the Buddhas of the ten directions, together with their retinues, consider me. Until all sentient beings equal to space have not attained Buddhahood, may the Buddhas not pass into Nirvana but remain. In particular, may all the wisdom beings who have been invoked and established in these supports of body, speech, and mind remain steadfastly, and may they bestow upon me and all sentient beings all the supreme and common accomplishments without exception. Recite this three times and scatter flowers. Thus, in accordance with the prophecy of Guru Rinpoche to save the Jokhang Temple (Rasa Trulnang) in Lhasa, the Vajra Seat in the center of Tibet, from the danger of water, and in accordance with the completion of the Water-Repelling Vajra Temple, this cloud of offerings of the ritual of the Sixteen Arhats, also in accordance with the words and meanings of the treasure text of Sangye Lingpa, has been arranged in order and supplemented with what was missing.
