In the essential instructions for increasing life force, to prevent the life force from forming and leaking, this Life Force Iron Vase has four aspects: substances, mantra, chakra, and protective vows. The substances are the penis or seed of a dog, bear bile, lodestone, and white sandalwood, all in equal parts, made into pills the size of white mustard seeds. The hair from under the neck of a male goat, the hair from the scrotum of a black male dog, the wool from a sheep, and the tail marrow of a yak's tail are wrapped with a three-stranded thread. The mantra is: Om Kaka Masa Dom, Koko Masa Dom, Kya Kya Masa Dom, Kye Kye Masa Dom, the four great elements seal the door, Sarva Mani Hum, Raksha Kuru Svaha.
