།དམ་ཚིག་རྗེས་སུ་དྲན་མཛོད་ལ། །ཆར་གྱི་རྒྱུན་ཆེན་མྱུར་དུ་ཕོབ། །སྤྲིན་ཆེན་མདོ་ལས་གསུངས་པ་ཡི། །སངས་རྒྱས་དེ་རྣམས་བདེན་པ་ཡིས། །ཀླུ་རིགས་ཀུན་གྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དང་། །ནད་དང་གནོད་པ་རྒྱུན་ཆད་ནས། །ཀླུ་རྣམས་བདེ་ཞིང་སྐྱིད་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་དུས་གསུམ་བཞུགས་པ་ཡི། །སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་སེམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི། །ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཐུགས་བསྐྱེད་བདེན་པ་དང་། །ཆོས་ཉིད་རྣམ་དག་བདེན་པའི་མཐུས། །ཆར་ཆེན་མྱུར་དུ་འབབ་གྱུར་ཅིག །འཇམ་དབྱངས་མཁྱེན་རབ་ཚད་མེད་དང་། །གསང་བདག་མཐུ་སྟོབས་ཚད་མེད་དང་། །སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་སྙིང་རྗེ་ནི། །ཚད་མེད་བདེན་པའི་བདེན་སྟོབས་ཀྱིས། །ཆར་གྱི་རྒྱུན་ཆེན་མྱུར་ འབེབ་ཤོག །དགྲ་བཅོམ་ཉོན་མོངས་ཟད་བདེན་ཞིང་། །རང་རྒྱལ་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་རྟོགས་བདེན་ན། །དེ་ཡི་བདེན་པས་ཆར་ཆེན་ཕོབ། །བརྒྱ་བྱིན་ལག་གི་རྡོ་རྗེ་དང་། ཁྱབ་འཇུག་ལག་གི་འཁོར་ལོ་དང་། །དྲག་པོའི་ལག་གི་མདུང་རྩེ་རྣམས། །གལ་ཏེ་ནུས་པར་ལྡན་བདེན་ན། །དེ་ཡི་བདེན་པས་ཆར་ཆེན་ཕོབ། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་བདེན་དང་ཀུན་འབྱུང་བདེན། །འགོག་པ་བདེན་ཞིང་ལམ་བདེན་ན། །བདེན་པས་ཆར་ཆེན་འབེབ་གྱུར་ཅིག །སྣང་ཞིང་སྲིད་པའི་ལྷ་འདྲེ་རྣམས། །གསང་བདག་རྟ་མགྲིན་ཕྱག་རྡོར་གྱི། །གལ་ཏེ་དམ་ལ་གནས་བདེན་ན། །དམ་ཚིག་བདེན་པས་ཆར་རྒྱུན་ཕོབ། །མཁའ་ལྡིང་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ལས་རྒྱལ་ཞིང་། །ནོར་བུས་དགོས་འདོད་འབྱུང་བ་དང་། །ཉི་ཟླས་མུན་པ་སེལ་བདེན་ན། །བདེན་པས་ཆར་ཆེན་རྒྱུན་འབེབ་ཤོག །སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་དང་དགེ་འདུན་བདེན། །གསང་སྔགས་རིག་སྔགས་གཟུངས་སྔགས་བདེན། །སྙིང་པོ་སྔགས་དང་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་བདེན། །བླ་མ་ཡི་དམ་མཁའ་འགྲོ་བདེན། །གཞི་དང་ལམ་དང་འབྲས་བུ་བདེན། །ཆོས་སྐུ་ལོངས་སྐུ་སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་བདེན། །རྒྱུ་འབྲས་བསླུ་བ་མེད་པ་བདེན། །དེ་དག་ཐམས་ཅད་བདེན་ངེས་ན། །བདེན་པས་མྱུར་དུ་ཆར་ཆེན་ཕོབ། །ཀླུ་རྣམས་ཐམས་ཅད་སྟོབས་ཆེ་ཞིང་། ཁ་དོག་ལྡན་ ཞིང་འོད་དང་ལྡན། །ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཆེ་ཞིང་མཐུ་ཆེ་བ། །བདེན་ན་བདེན་པས་ཆར་ཆེན་ཕོབ། ཁྱད་པར་གཟུངས་སྔགས་འདི་བརྗོད་པས། །ཀླུ་ཡི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་རྒྱུན་ཆད་ནས། །ཆར་ཆེན་མྱུར་དུ་འབེབ་པར་ཤོག །ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། དྷཱ་ར་ཎི་དྷཱ་ར་ཎི། ཨུདྡྷཱ་ར་ཎི། སམ་པྲ་ཏིཥྛི་ཏེ། བི་ཛ་ཡ་བརྞ། སཏྱ་པྲ་ཏི་ཛྙཱ་ས་ར་ཧ། ཛྙཱ་ན་བ་ཏི། ཨུད་པ་ད་ནི། བི་ནཱ་མ་ནི། ཨ་བྷི་ཥེ་ཙ་ནི། ཨ་བྷི་བྱ་ཧཱ་ར། ཤུ་བྷཱ་བ་ཏི། ཨ་ཛི་མ་ཏུ། ཨེ་ཧི་ཀུམ་བ་ལ་ན། བཱ་ཧ་ཧ་ར་ཀླེ་ཤཱ་ན། དྷུ་ན

Please remember your vows, and quickly send down a great rain. As it is said in the Great Cloud Sutra, by the truth of those Buddhas, may the suffering, disease, and harm of all nagas be ceased, and may the nagas be happy and joyful. I pray to all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who dwell in the ten directions and three times, by the truth of your compassion and bodhicitta, and by the power of the pure nature of reality, may a great rain quickly fall. Manjushri's immeasurable wisdom, Vajrapani's immeasurable power, Avalokiteshvara's immeasurable compassion, by the power of immeasurable truth, may a great rain quickly fall! If it is true that the Arhat has exhausted his afflictions, if it is true that the Pratyekabuddha has realized dependent origination, by that truth, send down a great rain. If Indra's vajra, Vishnu's wheel, and the tip of the wrathful one's spear, if they truly have power, by that truth, send down a great rain. If the truth of suffering is true, the truth of origin is true, the truth of cessation is true, and the truth of the path is true, by that truth, may a great rain fall. All the gods and demons of appearance and existence, Vajrapani, Hayagriva, Vajrapani Bodhisattva, if it is true that they abide by their vows, by the truth of their vows, send down a stream of rain. If the Garuda overcomes the ocean, if the wish-fulfilling jewel brings forth what is needed and desired, if the sun and moon dispel darkness, by that truth, may a great rain continuously fall! The Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha are true, the secret mantras, vidya mantras, and dharani mantras are true, the heart mantras and mudras are true, the guru, yidam, and dakini are true, the ground, path, and fruit are true, the dharmakaya, sambhogakaya, and nirmanakaya are true, the infallibility of cause and effect is true, if all of these are true and certain, by that truth, quickly send down a great rain. If all the nagas are powerful, have color, have light, have great fortune, and have great power, if it is true, by that truth, send down a great rain. In particular, by reciting this dharani, the suffering of the nagas will be cut off, may a great rain quickly fall!
