Meditate on filling the common place and the place you desire with green water from a large water cannon. It is said that if the target is clear and firm, it will not take more than three days. At night, visualize yourself as Simhamukha, with all the wind gods and rain-blocking demons under your feet, pressing down with your feet, visualizing them sinking nine levels into the ground as if a needle were piercing the earth. Recite the mantra of Simhamukha and clap your hands. After the rain falls, offer a white torma as thanks. Visualize yourself as Avalokiteśvara Khasarpaṇa, with great water like nectar milk falling from your right hand that fills the sky. All the nagas and earth lords bathe and drink this water, and their respective diseases and sufferings are pacified, happiness and joy, splendor and abundance are complete, joyfully reciting the six-syllable mantra and returning to their own abode. Realized Sangye Dargye, for the benefit of the ten powers and so on, the profound and meaningful, extremely secret ritual spoken from the mouth of Raga Asya, written by O-khro Geshe Shri, may it benefit immeasurable beings! The condensed meaning of the Great Cloud Sutra, the prayer of rain-bringing truth power resides. Namo! I take refuge in the Three Jewels. All sentient beings of the six realms, especially the nagas and earth lords, All suffering ceases, Having all happiness, For the sake of timely rainfall, Abundant harvests and world peace, I will bring down great rain. Arising from the cloud species, The glory of the blessing arrangement, The essence, the manifestation of light, The stream of water of the wisdom spike. The mandala of clouds is glorious, The golden rays illuminate, A part of the tip of the hair. From which the lineage and caste arise, I prostrate to the Thus Gone Ones.
