May the great Nagas quickly send down great rain. Write the eighth: Om Vayu Beram Vayu Stambhaya Lam Nan etc., until Shakse Shikse Nan! Write in between. Ninth: Om Ye Dharma Hetu Prabava, Hetunte Kantata Thagate Hyavadat! Tesham Cha Yo Nirodha, Evam Badi Maha Shramana Svaha Write. Draw a half-protruding vajra on each of the eight outer directions. Draw a Garuda bird in between them. Then the substances are: Musk blood, blood from a widow's womb, knife blood, black dog blood, black guggul, black musk, black bong nga, dog poison, goat poison, wolf poison, horse dung, dwarf Garuda claws, musk, Han Tang tea, goat hair from the tip of the hair. Put these fifteen substances, whatever can be gathered, into the life-force of the wheel. On the back, wrap a thread mixed with hair from the heart of a black yak and goat hair from the tip of the hair, and apply Naga medicine. Again, in each four-finger-length section of bamboo, also put those substances. On top of that, write these words: These substances are for the sake of rain. May the Nagas quickly send down rain in Jambudvipa! Seal it with Tangchu or La tea. Apply Naga medicine on the back. Then, go to a good spring where the wheel can be turned, offer torma and praise to the lama yidam protectors, and pray. To the eight classes of Nagas, earth lords, wind gods, etc., offer white and yellow fragrant flowers, various good-smelling incense such as guggul, and tea torma and Naga torma mixed with white three sweets and Naga medicine, give orders and assign tasks. Then, build a pool around the springhead about a cubit away, place a wooden board on top of it to cover it, and draw a yellow eight-petaled lotus on top of it. Write Phu (藏文，无，无，无) on its center and each of the petals. Drill a hole in its center, insert the life-force of the wheel, connect the peaceful wheel facing downwards at the top, observe the direction of the water flow at the base, and apply Naga medicine.
