Write on a white Khata. After writing in this way, sew it onto the collar of the clothes and wear it, it will increase the splendor of the body. The third is the method of recitation: In a clean container, mix brown sugar and crystal sugar, honey, red cow's ghee, and sesame oil, and make five clean butter lamps. Sprinkle the powder of fingers, sea foam, and white beans. Light it on a clean ground. Offer incense, golden drink, and three white and three sweet substances, and say this: "Alas! Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and all the constellations, and the earth lords of the directions and years, and all other deities that arise from the root, deities spread like stars, may they all come to this harmonious place today. By the blessing of the noble Manjushri, and the power of truth of me, the mantra holder, may the light of the sun and moon of existence, in the lamp of five jewels, the oil of strength fully circulate. Plant the sapling of the wish-fulfilling tree, with the light of jewels, dispel all the darkness of existence, increase the merits of strength and senses. The body of wood is nourished by water, may the lineage be longer than water. The body of fire is nourished by wood, may the radiance be as lush as trees. The body of earth is nourished by fire, may the glory blaze like fire. The body of iron is nourished by earth, may the body and life be as stable as earth. The body of water is nourished by iron, may the strength and skill be as sharp as steel. May all the deficiencies of body and life be pacified, rise from old age and decay, be liberated from the dangers of disease and harm, increase strength, youth and courage. May auspiciousness and well-being be granted! Gods be victorious!" Saying this, place the butter lamp in the hand of the benefactor. Enjoy the feast of delicious food of three white and three sweet substances. The butter lamps are also offered by the benefactor to the Three Jewels.

Wear new clothes. Give a good new name. By doing so, the decline of the body will be eliminated. Old diseases will be cured. New diseases will not arise. Old age will turn into youth. Power, skill, and glory will be abundant, overwhelming the crowd with aura, and all good qualities will be accomplished. The complete method and secret instructions for restoring the body are finished. Mangalam! ༈ །། The ritual for increasing power begins. Homage to Arya Manjushri. There are three aspects to the ritual for increasing power: mantra, writing method, and recitation method. First, the mantra is: Om spel spel yam spel yam spel. Ya ya dam dam ram pung ram pung du du he he du. May power increase! Reciting this will also increase power. Second, the writing method is: If the power is wood, write the mantra on crystal or water stone with ink purified by rainwater. If it is fire, write on a sandalwood plank with broth or malt extract. If it is earth, write on fire agate or flint with cinnabar. If it is iron, write on a gold or copper plank with mustard oil. If it is water, write on an iron plank with white goat's milk and wear it, and power will increase. Third, the recitation method is: Fill five or one precious vase with various auspicious and wealth-attracting earths, various waters, various grains, various silks, various cloths, various foods, various hairs of horses and livestock. Any mind support objects of the wealthy, powerful, and virtuous. Soil from a continuously burning stove. Moss from a continuously flowing spring. Soil from the foundation of a continuously powerful castle, etc. Paint with colors that match the mother of power. Draw a burning jewel.
