By enthroning you as the Dharma-protecting King, may the Buddha's teachings flourish and spread, and may the supreme Dharma banner be raised high! When hanging the streamers, recite: Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)! This silk streamer that subdues the power of the three realms, by enthroning you as the Dharma-protecting King, may the king's authority and merit flourish and increase, and may all sentient beings be endowed with happiness! Thus it is said. Then, in the section of prose verses for presenting the eight auspicious substances, "Today, may the person who upholds the teachings, or the great Dharma-protecting King, become auspicious by relying on the substance of lime," etc., beginning with lime and ending with conch shell. Present the eight auspicious substances, the eight auspicious symbols, and the seven royal emblems in the usual manner. During these sections, if there are ritual assistants, they can recite with melody, and play musical instruments in the intervals. If possible, at this time, a feast gathering can be held, whether elaborate or simple, and the feast offerings can be arranged. Offer hospitality with a fine white feast. Again, offer extensive auspicious wishes, and if it is very joyful and feasible, a sequence of songs, dances, and performances can also be performed. Regarding these sections, the scriptures say: "Arrange many bodhicitta aspirations and good and extensive conversations, generate the sharpness of wisdom, interdependence is essential, cultivate perseverance and the courage of the mind." Therefore, cultivate the confidence that overwhelms all appearances and the sharpness of joyful delight. Arranging the gathering of auspicious circumstances and merits as extensively as possible is the key. Second, the subsequent actions: The scriptures say: "At that time, the king should be matured by the empowerment of the Great Vehicle. If the outer yoga empowerment is given, the Dharma of the cause will flourish in the kingdom. If the inner secret empowerment is given, the Dharma of the true fruit will flourish." As it is said, if it is possible, it is crucial. Therefore, after completing the above rituals, the one to be enthroned should go to his own place. The master performs the empowerment and gives the outer and inner empowerments. The items of enthronement should not be taken lightly. The scriptures say: "The king's six jewels symbolizing authority, precious as the essence of life, and precious garlands, should be placed in the king's palace. If not the Dharma-protecting King, the people should not enjoy them.

不做，时常供养，如是说般如法修持，特别是如梵天世界之轮如何执持之理，如《调伏五大之续》第五品所说而行，则具法之政治如上弦月般增长，定无疑虑。 以珍宝光焰之权威加冕， 愿持教士夫具法国王们， 权威胜幢趋向有顶， 如意之雨令有情满足。 以善良之至诚，四藏之精华， 此增善根故，于末世亦， 法之政治极增长， 利乐之喜宴永不没。 此乃罕见且极清净之实修亦近没落，如上师之语和上师之实践般，追随嘉瓦莲花生者，莲花舞自在事业调伏力者于宗萨吉祥拉孜之佛学院汇集，善妙增上。 权威珍宝光焰之实修明晰汇集，善妙珍宝之光芒。莲花舞自在事业。

By crowning the authority of the radiant jewel, May the holders of the doctrine, the righteous kings, May the banner of authority reach the peak of existence, May the rain of wishes satisfy sentient beings. With good sincerity, the essence of the four treasures, By increasing this virtue, even in the degenerate age, May the righteous politics greatly increase, May the feast of benefit and happiness never fade away. This rare and extremely pure practice is also nearing its end, like the words of the superiors and the practice of the lamas, following Gyalwang Padmasambhava, Padma Garwang Trinley Drodul Tsal gathered at Dzongsar Tashi Lhatse Monastery, may goodness increase.
