May the three realms be brought under control, and the three existences be subdued! May the auspiciousness of complete victory over all directions, and the qualities of all that is desired, The activity of spreading everywhere be accomplished! Thus, and also perform whatever kinds of fortune activities are appropriate. Imbue the substances with the blessings, fortune, clarity, and essence of existence and peace. Since the wealth of all siddhis is completely gathered, Think of it as inseparable from the Palace of the Willow Tree. Firmly establish and consecrate the support substances. Recite extensive auspicious verses. With enjoyments equal to those of Vaishravana, Think of accomplishing both your own and others' benefit. Thus, by striving, may the six riches greatly increase. May all obstacles be pacified, and may auspiciousness and goodness arise! Samaya! Then, in order to subdue the three realms, From the body of the One with the Red Spear, hosts of messengers, Holding iron hooks and lassos, emanate without number. From the heart of whomever you focus on, seize with the iron hook. Bind with the lasso and lead them to this place, Meditate on making them obedient servants and subjects. Recite the root mantra fiercely, again and again, and all the visualizations, When the visualizations are clear, offer the empowerment bali and, Undiminished, offer nutmeg and saffron mixed together. Generate divine pride and urge the commitment in this way: Hrih! Great bodhisattva of the eighth ground, subduer of the three realms, Possessor of the red spear and the iron hook that attracts the three existences, In order to accomplish the intention of me, the yogi, I urge your commitment, quickly manifest your power and strength! Enjoy the torma that possesses a hundred tastes of desirable qualities, The essence of pure nutmeg, the semen of heroes, And all the samaya substances of empowerment that subdue the dakinis, Be pleased and generate the splendor of attachment! In order to make those upon whom you focus your own, Seize their hearts with the iron hook that attracts the three realms! Bind their necks with the lasso that attracts the three existences! Ride the horse of the red light wind wheel! Bring them here with the swift power of lightning! Generate the mind-moving desire and the thought of longing! Involuntarily transform their minds with the four kinds of faith! Bind them according to your command!

Without leaving this life for the future, Like a pile of grass burned by the fire of the eon, Like a butter lamp extinguished by a strong wind, Now, in this brief moment, Accomplish the activity of completely destroying them! The Matri queen, the four sisters of Reti, Quickly gather the armies of the visible and invisible Matri goddesses! The three calculating Matri goddesses distribute tasks! The heavenly Yedar Matri goddess, strike with hail! The earthly destroying black Matri, remove the foundation peg! The intermediate electric Matri Rakshasa, cut off the enemy's life!
