In the first kalpa, the god Indra, seeing the suffering of beings in poverty, said to the four-faced Brahma, the god Indra spoke thus: Brahma, please listen! In the future final kalpa, the six realms of beings will suffer countless torments, especially the dark continent of Tibet, a place where demons and spirits are rampant, it is doubtful whether beings can even be born as humans. They are drowning in the swamp of the five poisons, oppressed by the burden of karma and afflictions. The fire kalpa will arise, gradually burning plants and crops, various diseases and sufferings will occur, and after the essence of the elements is exhausted, beings will face the threat of poverty. Please reveal a method to harmonize the elements, gather the essence, and save beings! Phya Khu Ye! (Tibetan) God Indra, please listen! If you want to eliminate the suffering of poverty, in the past, the teacher Shakyamuni Buddha said to the faithful householder that the mantra to control the three realms is called the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel Top. It can gather the elements, harmonize the four seasons, open the treasure of all desires, liberate from all diseases and sufferings, and resist the border armies. It is very rare to encounter this. The east side is crystal, the south side is lapis lazuli, the west side is ruby, and the north side is gold. Outside, there are precious pillars, supported by two thousand five hundred pillars. It is a three-story pavilion with eaves, decorated with shining jewel tops, adorned with pearl nets and half nets, as well as arrows and ornaments. It is surrounded by fifteen treasure rooms, encircling three layers. In the inner corridor, in the four directions and eight corners of the palace, there are the buildings of the eight horse lords, beautifully decorated with precious jewels!

Protector, when we pray to you, please shower down what we need and desire like rain, attract fortune and auspiciousness here. This fortune is also called "Mapam Khu Ye," and this auspiciousness is also called "Manyam Khu Ye." Phya Khu Ye! Brahma, the king, please listen, when attracting fortune and auspiciousness, what kind of fortune base should be laid first? Upon that, how should fortune be accumulated? How should fortune substances and auspicious substances be gathered? Please tell us, Brahma, the king. Phya Khu Ye! Indra, the lord of gods, please listen, on the elephant's strong hide, there lay the base of fortune and the base of auspiciousness, lay a very firm foundation, scatter all kinds of precious grains, there accumulate fortune and auspiciousness, accumulate all that is desired.
