Lotus Treasure Vase Wish-Fulfilling Jewel. Lotus Treasure Vase Wish-Fulfilling Jewel. Lotus Treasure Vase Wish-Fulfilling Jewel dwells here. Homage to Guru Rinpoche! When the precious master Padmasambhava came to the central region of Tibet and was building the glorious Samye Monastery, the benefactor King Trisong Detsen asked: O great master, holder of knowledge and mantras! Beings are tormented by the suffering of poverty. Please teach the method of the precious treasure trove that dispels poverty, the sun and moon treasure vase, the radiant jewel, for the sake of all beings! In response to the king's request, Guru Rinpoche Padmasambhava said: Great king, listen! Now and in the future, if those beings who are suffering from poverty and destitution wish to accomplish the practice of attracting wealth and prosperity, they should arrange five heaps of barley on a flawless white cloth. In the center, place a grand and magnificent torma adorned with a silk umbrella, filled with various foods and sprinkled with honey wine. Adorn an arrow shaft with feathers, attach five kinds of precious gems, black and white tail feathers, and silk inscribed with the essence of wealth, the mantra of the wealth deity. Decorate it with tiger skin, leopard skin, and armor. In the east, draw a white wealth palace; in the south, a treasure vault of precious gems; in the west, a full animal pen; and in the north, draw a white banner. Connect the wealth cord to the wealth stake. Furthermore, display auspicious substances and symbols, the seven precious gems, the wish-fulfilling tree and the good vase, crops that grow without being cultivated, and wish-fulfilling seeds. Arrange many furnishings and possessions, either in reality or in paintings. Fill the wealth basket with musk, the essence of grains, the fur of horses and livestock, the wealth of rich families, and various items from great monasteries. Also, place a large wealth bowl filled with beer and butter. Arrange many excellent offerings. Have a mantra practitioner with meditative stability create a boundary, accumulate merit, and then recite the wealth sutra. Hūṃ! Having attained enlightenment in the Dharmadhatu, accomplishing the benefit of all beings through body, speech, and mind, all the Buddhas of the ten directions, yidams, peaceful and wrathful deities, please come with great compassion! Dispelling the suffering of afflictions, virtues arise.

Having abandoned the end of actions that fulfill wishes, with pure morality, destroying the thoughts of the five poisons, manifesting the noble path, increasing the qualities of diligence, I beseech all Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas to descend. From the realm of Abhirati in the east, in the palace of precious crystal, on the throne of crossed lions, the Blessed One Vajrasattva, holding a vajra and bell in his hands, embraced by the great consort, the white Dhatvishvari, surrounded by the retinue of the Vajra family. I beseech you to descend to this place, increase the population, increase the livestock, increase the wealth, increase the grain, increase the lifespan. Khu ye khu ye, increase khu ye!
