Many reasons appear, such as the act of creating what is called "Increasing Wisdom." Outwardly, she is also known as a goddess of the outer heretics. This is because the Noble Avalokiteśvara saw that sentient beings in the age of the five degenerations could not be subdued by Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Seeing that they could be subdued by the forms, symbols, and signs of outer heretic gods, he entered into the samadhi called "Goddess Sarvajñā." Then, from a part of the Noble One's body emanated the three great gods of the world, as well as the sun and moon, etc. In particular, this goddess arose from the tip of his tooth. As it is said in the *Za ma tog bkod pa'i mdo*. In the praise composed by the great accomplished Brahmin Purbu, who was embraced by this goddess, it is also clearly stated: "Emanating from the tip of the tooth of the face of Avalokiteśvara." Therefore, she is a part of the body and wisdom of the venerable Avalokiteśvara. The outer heretics consider her to be the daughter of Brahma, etc. These are inconceivable manifestations of emanations according to what needs to be tamed. Furthermore, four hundred years after the Buddha's parinirvana, the Noble Nāgārjuna appeared. After he gave his head as a gift, in the central region of India, there arose a king named "Nyima Nampa Nampa," who ruled over everything. The Brahmin priest who enthroned this king was the Brahmin Shamku. It is said that this teacher held the secret ultimate tenets of the outer Vedic tradition. He served as the king's object of veneration and lived together with him. At that time, due to the lack of rain for twelve years, there was a threat of famine. Not far from there, there was a lake called Sona Ri, adorned with various flowers, where the son of the Naga Norgye resided. People took the roots of the lotuses from that lake and ate them, thus overcoming the famine. At that time, the king and his entourage went to see that lake, and the king requested the teacher to show him the Naga residing in the lake. The teacher said that seeing it was poisonous and that showing it would not be good, but the king insisted on requesting. Then, the teacher summoned the son of Norgye, marked by a jeweled umbrella, from within the lake by means of the vidyā-mantra of Kurukulle

Due to its majesty and visible poison, people and animals fainted and became intoxicated. The king was also afraid and requested to send the nagas back. The teacher showed the mantra and mudra of expulsion, and the nagas returned to their own abode. After that, the ritual of dispelling the poison was performed, and all the sentient beings who had fainted and become intoxicated were restored to their original state. Such a teacher with perfect abilities has two treatises composed of the Northern Tradition and the Southern Tradition. It is said that the practice sequence of this method emphasizes meaning in the former and both words and meaning in the latter. Such a Brahmin Purbu was actually directly taken care of by the Holy Mother and attained mastery of speech. After that, from Teacher Wrathful Assembly, Stupa Lion, etc., in succession, the teachings were received by the Seventh Omniscient One, Ngag gi Wangchuk Tsultrim Lodro, and so on, gathering many pure long lineages. The near lineage is from the Holy Mother directly to the Omniscient One himself. In order to practice the empowerment of the Holy Mother Saraswati, whose blessings are superior to others, the actions of the teacher are linked, and the mandala is offered. Please, teacher, consider me! Goddess of Melody, Saraswati, please grant me the blessings of body, speech, and mind! Thus, pray three times. The Three Jewels are my refuge, etc., recite three times. Visualize that the teacher and the Goddess of Melody are inseparable, and from the HRIH (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉字字面意思:啥) in their heart, rays of light emanate, filling the disciple's body, purifying all sins and obscurations. From emptiness of स्वभाव (Sva-bhāva) onward, up to the white OM (藏文:ཨོཾ་,梵文天城体:ओं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉字字面意思:嗡) on the moon, perform incense meditation as if generating oneself as the deity. From the HRIH (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉字字面意思:啥) in the teacher's heart, rays of light emanate, stimulating the mind-stream of the Holy Mother residing in the Garden of Delight of Vidyadharas on the shore of the Southern Ocean. From her heart, the essence is wisdom, and the form is the wheel of Saraswati, blazing with light like the rising of an autumn moon, instantly coming and dissolving into the disciple's body. Recite: OM PRĪTĪ DEVĪ ME HRĪḤ ṢṬI TIṢṬHA HRĪṂ (藏文:ཨོཾ་པྲཱི་ཏཱི་དེ་བཱི་མེ་ཧྲཱིཿཥྚི་ཏིཥྛ་ཧྲཱིཾཿ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ prītī devī me hrīḥ ṣṭi tiṣṭha hrīṃ,汉字字面意思:嗡 喜悦 天女 我 啥 悉地 安住 啥) and recite loudly, with incense and music. This is the empowerment of the body. The center of the white sixteen-petaled lotus at the throat
