By applying the attraction and repulsion of years, wisdom becomes sharp, like the lord of speech. Furthermore, when giving teachings, if one clearly visualizes the Dharma wheel on the tongue, then it sounds pleasant to the listeners, and one can teach the excellent teachings that were previously unknown. Furthermore, when engaging in discussions and debates, etc., distinguishing the meaning of the Dharma words, if one clearly visualizes the Dharma wheel of Saraswati, then eloquence is unimpeded, and it sounds pleasant to everyone. One should contemplate that these Dharma wheels are yellow in color and possess light. Third, to begin the activity of attracting through the ritual of power: For the object to be acted upon, visualize the nature of its consciousness as a short A (Tibetan: ཨཿ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal meaning: A) with a stressed vowel mark, like a stacked pointed top, located at the tip of the nose and the center of the forehead, in the center of a triangular, four-petaled lotus, place a red HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཾཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal meaning: Hrih). Visualize that the rays of light from the red HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཾཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal meaning: Hrih) in the Dharma wheel of your heart strike the HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཾཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal meaning: Hrih) and the short A (Tibetan: ཨཿ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal meaning: A), connecting to each other, and dissolving into the HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཾཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal meaning: Hrih) in your heart, and recite "HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཾཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal meaning: Hrih), so-and-so, Akarshaya, HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཾཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal meaning: Hrih), JAH (Tibetan: ཛཿ, Devanagari: जः, Romanized Sanskrit: jaḥ, literal meaning: Born)", contemplating in this way, one can attract either male or female within seven days. Fourth, to cut off disputes and speech through the fierce ritual: Clearly visualize your tongue Dharma wheel as dark blue. Visualize the opponent's upper jaw as copper, the lower jaw as an iron eight-spoked Dharma wheel, and on the tongue, a golden crossed vajra. In the center of these three, visualize a black HRIH (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཾཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal meaning: Hrih) bound immovably. Visualize in their throat a black stupa of wrathful deities, with an umbrella and Dharma wheel, covered upside down. Recite "So-and-so's speech, Stambhaya, Nam", reciting a hundred times, etc. If one clearly visualizes during the debate, one will surely win the debate. This is the extremely extensive case. For ordinary disputes and summoning witnesses, clearly visualize your tongue Dharma wheel, and you will surely win. The chapter on applying to activities, the fourth. Then comes the sequence of concluding vows: Always maintain cleanliness, do not lie, abstain from meat, alcohol, garlic, and onions. Do not despise others with the arrogance of wisdom. Do not despise the guru, the Dharma, and objects of veneration, etc., which are worthy of offering. Always recite the vow of the practice of the Noble Lady, without fail, one hundred and eight mantras each day. By doing so, one will obtain unparalleled poetry and debating skills.

By explaining and upholding, etc., the wisdom that is desired is as vast as the sky and as famous as the sun and moon, adorning the entire world, pacifying all diseases and harms, attaining the state of speech mastery in the temporary and ultimate sense, and ultimately attaining omniscience. Thus, for all beings seeking meaning, this is the supreme path that causes the lotus of wisdom to bloom. From whatever is gained from the explanation of the "Net of Light," may all beings attain omniscience through this virtue. This principle was composed by the poet of the snowy mountains, Samyepa, in the auspicious place of Sangpu, in the abode that generates joy for the wise, gathering and explaining the essence of good speech. This is called "The Net of Light, the Sadhana of the Noble Goddess of Speech." By the poet Palden Samyepa Tsultrim Lodro, who is well-versed in the meaning of scriptures, reasoning, and oral instructions, causing the lotus of wisdom to bloom, and who has heard many rules of poetry, prosody, and rhetoric, it was composed at the great Dharma College of Palden Sangpu. শুভং (Śubhaṃ, Auspicious!). (Maṅgalaṃ, Auspicious!).
