以寂静慈爱之心，对于施主之命、魂、寿三者，所有执持之物，现在放开吧！ 解开束缚，释放压制，令寿命与福德增长，吉祥圆满成就！ 陈述真实力：念诵修持咒和勾召寿命咒，手持鲜花，顶礼！ 无量寿怙主之谛实力，以及甚深明咒之加持力，愿所有凶恶鬼神众，皆以朵玛和替身供品而满足，具备利益安乐菩提心，施主之魂寿回归原位，寿命福德财富安乐增长，日夜恒时皆吉祥！ 如此念诵并散花。如此替身供养一百零八遍，或不少于年份数。有时念诵勾召寿命咒和陈述真实力，使魂羊右旋，面向魂灵依处而住，即为勾摄魂灵。 之后指示道路：将朵玛供品朝外，赠送路费，点燃酥油灯。吽！现在离去，各自离去！现在返回，返回各自居处！拿走这美好的替身供品，生起欢喜慈爱之心，不要回头，安乐离去！ 如果违背誓言，我等马头明王嘿噜嘎，以及幻化之忿怒尊众，将你们摧毁如微尘。因此现在立即离去！萨尔瓦 विग्घ्नान गच्छ (梵文天城体：सर्व विघ्नान् गच्छ，梵文罗马音：sarva vighnān gaccha，汉语字面意思：一切障碍 离去！) 如是说，并以猛咒和诛法镇压。将朵玛替身供品送到河流中央，或送至断除鬼五魔之所，远远送走。修持守护轮。为所修之人灌顶寿命。将魂灵依处挂在颈间，则魂寿衰损得以恢复，寿命增长。 第六，依靠赎死以延寿之仪轨：在寿命修法坛城前，陈设精美庄严之身替身供品，以及众多积累数量之小替身供品，如青稞穗等。展开仪轨，念诵，特别是念诵不少于千遍之长寿陀罗尼。如果愿意，也可多念诵无死鼓声陀罗尼。之后加持替身供品，迎请宾客，以咒供养并唱诵：奇！三界之中无论何人，对于所修之人的寿命作障碍的，宿业、突发因素、鬼神魔障之类，从死主阎罗开始，直至微小之土地神，皆以慈爱之心

With a peaceful and loving heart, release all that is held for the donor's life, soul, and longevity! Untie the bonds, release the pressure, increase life and merit, and accomplish auspiciousness and well-being! Stating the power of truth: Recite the practice mantra and the life-summoning mantra many times, holding flowers. Homage! By the truth of the protector Amitayus, and by the blessing of the profound wisdom mantra, may all the hordes of evil spirits be fully satisfied with the torma and ransom offerings, possess the mind of benefit, happiness, and enlightenment, may the donor's soul and life return to their original state, may life, merit, wealth, happiness, and well-being increase, and may there be auspiciousness day and night! Say this and scatter flowers. In this way, offer ransom offerings one hundred and eight times, or no less than the number of years. Sometimes, reciting the life-summoning mantra and stating the power of truth, turning the soul-sheep to the right, and having it face the soul-support, indicates that the soul is being summoned. Then, showing the way: Turn the torma offering outwards, give travel provisions, and light a butter lamp. Hūṃ! Now depart, depart separately! Now go, return to your own place! Take this good ransom offering, generate a joyful and loving mind, do not look back, depart in peace! If you violate the command, I, the noble Hayagriva Heruka, along with the assembly of wrathful emanations, will destroy you like dust. Therefore, depart now! Sarva Vighnān Gaccha (Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्व विघ्नान् गच्छ, Sanskrit Romanization: sarva vighnān gaccha, Literal Chinese meaning: All obstacles depart!) Say this, and subdue with fierce mantras and spells. Send the torma ransom offerings far away to the middle of the river, or to the place where the five ghosts and demons are cut off. Meditate on the protective circle. Bestow the life empowerment on the one to be accomplished. By placing the soul-support around the neck, the diminished soul and life will be restored, and life will increase. Sixth, the ritual of extending life by relying on ransom from death: In front of the life mandala, display a beautiful and ornate body ransom offering, and many small ransom offerings to accumulate numbers, such as barley ears. Unfold the ritual text and recite, especially reciting no less than a thousand times the Long Life Dharani. If desired, one can also recite the Immortal Drum Sound Dharani many times. Then bless the ransom substances, invite the guests, offer with mantras, and chant: Kye! Whoever in these three realms obstructs the life of the one to be accomplished, such as past karma, sudden causes, demonic obstacles, from the Lord of Death Yama down to the smallest earth deity, all with a loving heart

May the earth deities gather in this place, look upon the ransom with joyful eyes, with compassion, not grieving like a child, contemplate the truth of karmic connections through lifetimes. Through mantra, mudra, and samadhi, may the substances of blessing, interdependence, and power, be better than the joyful ransom offered by humans, complete with aggregates, elements, and sense bases. Take, take this great treasure of the ocean of desirable qualities, you powerful ones. For the patrons and their retinues, may this be the ransom for flesh, the substitute for blood, the ransom for life, now enjoy this harmonious substance. Abandon craving, attachment, and clinging, remembrance, grasping, thought, and contact, find peace, release, and liberation. May auspiciousness and well-being be accomplished! Thus dedicate. Recite the practice mantra and the life-sustaining dharani many times, and speak the power of truth. When the number of years, etc., is complete, show the path, and also send the superiors far away, establish boundaries, and meditate on the protective circle. Bestow the life empowerment on the one to be accomplished, or diligently perform the summoning of life, increase, and stabilization, and speak of great auspiciousness. By this, all untimely deaths will surely be averted, and one will be liberated from all diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles. Seventh, prolonging life by relying on mantra knots: Make three vajra knots on a thread or red silk spun by a young girl.
