། །པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་སྙིགས་དུས་འགྲོ་བའི་སྐྱབས། །ཐང་སྟོང་རྒྱལ་པོར་གསོལ་བཏབ་བསླུ་བ་མེད། །གསོལ་བ་འདེབས་སོ་འགལ་རྐྱེན་བར་ཆད་སོལ། །བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས་ཤིག་འཆི་མེད་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ། །ཅེས་པའི་གསོལ་འདེབས་ཚར་གསུམ་སོགས་ཅི་མང་དང་། ཨོཾ་ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛཱི་བནྟི་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་པུཎྱེ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཨཱ་ཡུར་སིདྡྷི་ཧྲཱིཿཧྲཱིཿཧྲཱིཿ ཞེས་བཟླས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་ལྷ་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས་འོད་ཟེར་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་འཕྲོས་ཏེ་རང་གི་བླ་ཚེ་ཆད་ཉམས་ཡར་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། འབྱུང་བཞིའི་བཅུད། སྐྱེ་འགྲོའི་ཚེ་བསོད། འཕགས་པའི་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཐམས་ཅད་བུང་བས་མེ་ཏོག་གི་བཅུད་ལེན་པ་ལྟར་བསྡུས་ཏེ། གྲུབ་ཐོབ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཕྱག་གི་བུམ་པར་ཞུགས། བདུད་རྩི་མ་ཤོང་བའི་ཚུལ་ གྱིས་ཁ་ནས་ལྷུད་ཀྱིས་ལུད་པ་ཚེ་རྫས་རྣམས་ལ་ཐིམ་ཞིང་། བདག་གི་སྤྱི་བོའི་ཚངས་བུག་ནས་ཀྱང་ཞུགས་ཏེ་ལུས་ཀྱི་ནང་ཐམས་ཅད་གང་བས་འཆི་བ་མེད་པ་ཚེའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར་པར་མོས་ལ་བཟླས་པ་ཅི་མང་བྱ། མཐར། ཨོཾ་གུ་རུ་ཨ་པ་རི་མི་ཏ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་ཨརྒྷཾ་སོགས་ཀྱིས་མཆོད། འཇིག་རྟེན་འདྲེན་པའི་གཙོ་བོ་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད། །དུས་མིན་འཆི་བ་མ་ལུས་འཇོམས་མཛད་པ། །མགོན་མེད་སྡུག་བསྔལ་གྱུར་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྐྱབས། །སྐུ་གསུམ་ཚེ་ཡི་ལྷ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བསྟོད། །ཅེས་པས་བསྟོད། འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་ཡི་དཔལ་ལ་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཅིང་། །རིག་པའི་བློ་དང་རྣམ་དཔྱོད་ཤེས་རབ་དང་། །སྲིད་དང་ཞི་བའི་དཔལ་འབྱོར་གང་ལགས་པ། །དེ་དག་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པར་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །ཞེས་གསོལ་བ་གདབ་པར་བྱའོ། །གཉིས་པ་སློབ་མ་ལ་བྱིན་རླབས་བྱ་བ་ནི། སློབ་མ་ཁྲུས་བྱ། མཎྜལ་མེ་ཏོག་དང་བཅས་པ་ཕུལ། སློབ་དཔོན་གྱིས། འོ་ནམ་མཁའ་དང་མཉམ་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་དོན་དུ་འཆི་མེད་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་ཀྱི་གོ་འཕང་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཐོབ་པར་བྱ། དེའི་ཆེད་དུ་ཚེ་དབང་ཟབ་མོ་ཞུ་སྙམ་པ་མཛད་དེ་གསན་འཚལ། དེ་ཡང་སློབ་དཔོན་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས་ཀྱིས་མངོན་སུམ་དུ་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་པ་ནི། གྲུབ་པའི་དབང་ཕྱུག་ཐང་སྟོང་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཉིད་ཡིན་ཞིང་། དེ་ནས་བརྒྱུད་པའི་ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་འཆི་མེད་དཔལ་སྟེར་དུ་གྲགས་པ་འདི་ལ་རིང་བརྒྱུད་དང་ཉེ་བརྒྱུད་གཉིས་སུ་ཡོད་པ་ལས། དང་པོ་རིང་བརྒྱུད་ནི། གྲུབ་པའི་དབང་ཕྱུག་ལྕགས་ཟམ་པ་ནས་བསྟན་འཛིན་ ཉི་ཟླ་བཟང་པོ་སོགས་ལས་བརྒྱུད་དེ་རྩ་བའི་བླ་མའི་བར་དུ་བྱོན་པ་དང་། གཉིས་པ་ཉེ་བརྒྱུད་ནི། འཕགས་པ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་དོན་ཡོ

莲花生，浊世众生之怙佑。 向唐东杰布祈请，无有虚妄。 祈请您息除违缘与障碍。 请加持赐予不死之成就。 如是祈请三遍等，尽力多念诵。念诵“嗡 阿玛Ra尼 孜万德耶 咕汝 贝玛 葛洛达 布涅 嘉纳 阿耶 悉地 舍 舍 舍 (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛཱི་བནྟི་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་པུཎྱེ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཨཱ་ཡུར་སིདྡྷི་ཧྲཱིཿཧྲཱིཿཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ amarāṇi jīvantī guru padma krodha puṇye jñāna āyur siddhi hrīḥ hrīḥ hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡，无死，命，持有，咕汝，莲花，忿怒，福德，智慧，寿命，成就，舍，舍，舍)”仅仅通过念诵，诸佛菩萨心间放射出无量光芒，将自己的寿命衰减、耗损的一切，以及四大精华，众生的寿命福德，圣者的慈悲全部，如蜜蜂采集花蜜般汇集，进入大成就者手中的宝瓶中。甘露满溢，以至于从瓶口溢出，渗入所有续命之物中。同时，也从自己的顶门梵穴进入，充满整个身体，从而获得不死之寿命成就。对此深信不疑，尽力念诵。最后，以“嗡 咕汝 阿巴Ra米达 阿耶嘉纳 萨巴热瓦Ra 阿Ra刚”等供养。引导世间之主尊，无量寿佛。 摧灭一切非时之死。 无依无怙，痛苦众生之救护。 向三身寿命之神，顶礼赞叹。 以赞颂词赞叹。受用不死寿命之光辉， 愿智慧之聪颖、辨析之智慧、以及知识， 世间与寂静之荣耀财富，所有的一切， 祈请您毫不费力地成办。 如是祈请。二是给予弟子加持：弟子沐浴。献上曼扎及鲜花。上师说：为了如虚空般无边无际的众生，获得无死无量寿佛之珍贵果位。为此，请以希求获得甚深长寿灌顶之心谛听。此乃莲花生大师亲自加持，成就自在者唐东杰布。此后传承的延寿法，名为“赐予不死光辉”，有远传和近传两种。第一，远传传承：从成就自在者铁桥尊者到丹增 尼达桑布等，一直到根本上师之间。第二，近传传承：圣观世音自在义成

Padmasambhava, refuge of beings in the degenerate age. Praying to Thangtong Gyalpo is never in vain. I pray that you dispel obstacles and hindrances. Please bless and grant the accomplishment of immortality. Thus, recite the prayer three times or as much as possible. By merely reciting "Om Amaraṇi Jīvantī Guru Padma Krodha Puṇye Jñāna Āyur Siddhi Hrīḥ Hrīḥ Hrīḥ (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛཱི་བནྟི་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་པུཎྱེ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཨཱ་ཡུར་སིདྡྷི་ཧྲཱིཿཧྲཱིཿཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ amarāṇi jīvantī guru padma krodha puṇye jñāna āyur siddhi hrīḥ hrīḥ hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡，无死，命，持有，咕汝，莲花，忿怒，福德，智慧，寿命，成就，舍，舍，舍)", immeasurable rays of light radiate from the hearts of all the deities, gathering all the diminished and deteriorated life force, the essence of the four elements, the life and merit of beings, and all the compassion of the noble ones, like a bee collecting nectar from flowers, and entering the vase in the hands of the great accomplished one. The nectar overflows, seeping from the mouth of the vase into all the substances for prolonging life. At the same time, it also enters from the fontanel on the crown of my head, filling my entire body, thus obtaining the accomplishment of immortality. Believe in this deeply and recite as much as possible. Finally, offer with "Om Guru Aparimita Āyurjñāna Saparivāra Argham," etc. The chief guide of the world, Amitāyus. Destroying all untimely deaths. A refuge for the helpless and suffering beings. I prostrate and praise the deity of life in the three kāyas. Praise with the verses. Enjoying the glory of immortal life, May the intelligence of wisdom, the discernment of wisdom, and knowledge, Whatever glory and wealth of existence and peace there may be, I pray that you accomplish them effortlessly. Thus pray. Second, bestowing blessings on the disciple: The disciple bathes. Offer a mandala with flowers. The teacher says: For the sake of all sentient beings as vast as the sky, may we attain the precious state of immortal Amitāyus. For this purpose, listen with the intention of receiving the profound longevity empowerment. This was personally blessed by Guru Padmasambhava, the accomplished master Thangtong Gyalpo himself. The longevity practice transmitted from him, known as "Granting the Glory of Immortality," has two lineages: the long lineage and the short lineage. First, the long lineage: from the accomplished master Thangtong Gyalpo to Tenzin Nyima Zangpo, etc., down to the root guru. Second, the short lineage: the noble Avalokiteśvara Donyo.
