Etc., say auspicious words. By this, may all the sins and obscurations of your body, speech, and mind be purified equally. May all the obstacles that harm and injure the three doors equally be pacified. Through these, may you have the power to accomplish all kinds of actions. May you have the fortune to manifest the all-pervading Vajra. May you have the power to accomplish the qualities of the Buddha's actions, as well as the pervasive and constant nature, thereby achieving the Dharmakaya. These are the conclusion after the actual empowerment is completed. For the empowerment of the blessing Torma as the final support, please visualize as follows: This Torma has three wisdoms. At this time, visualize the form as the Torma, while the essence is the actual Bhagavan Protector Amitayus Buddha. On the upper part of the Torma are the Kagyu lineage lamas, in the middle part is the Yidam deity assembly, and in the lower part is the assembly of Dharma protectors and guardians, gathering like clouds on your heads. As I have prayed, may they grant all blessings and accomplishments. Please visualize with one-pointed devotion. After saying this, take the Torma in hand and pray to Bhagavan Protector Amitayus Buddha, the accomplished master Chandra, and the successive Gyalwa Rinpoches who are meaningful to see, up to the root lineage lamas who have been kind, all the peaceful and wrathful Yidams, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, Dakinis and Dharma protectors, may you bless these Vajra disciples through body, speech, and mind, and grant empowerment. Please bless and pacify all unfavorable conditions, such as the four hundred and four types of diseases, eighty thousand types of obstacles, three hundred and sixty types of spirits, etc., that harm and injure these people. Please bless and increase longevity, merit, glory, wealth, wisdom, and qualities. Please bless and gather all the accomplishments of immortal life into your power. Please bless and subdue all demons, obstacles, misleading influences, and malicious beings in a fierce manner. In short, please grant all worldly and transcendental accomplishments without any hindrance. May the Buddhas bless with all body, speech, and mind, and may the two kinds of accomplishments arise.

处所。 朵玛灌顶大加持。 嗡啊吽巴林达嘎雅瓦嘎 चित्त 阿比香嘉 玛（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་མཱཾ།，梵文天城体：ओम् आः हूँ बलिन्त काय वाक चित्त अभिषिञ्च मां，梵文罗马拟音：om āḥ hūṃ balinta kāya vāk citta abhiṣiñca mām，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽，供品，身语意，灌顶我）。 如是朵玛置于三处。 朵玛观想为无量寿，化光融入你们，观想你们的身语意与无量寿佛的身语意无别融合。 扎吽邦霍（藏文：ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：जः हुं वं होः，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ，汉语字面意思：扎吽邦霍）。 给予长寿丸酒。 吉祥长寿威德食，精华汇聚之精粹，今日汝子当食之。 食此得佛无量寿，依于饮食离死主，解脱无疑无需疑。 如是及念诵三咒。 之后金刚置于头顶。 诸佛菩萨真实之加持，世尊无量寿之加持，此等有情我已守护，于此谁亦莫能超。 嗡 班匝 惹恰 吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་རཀྵ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ओम् वज्र रक्ष हुम्，梵文罗马拟音：om vajra rakṣa hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，保护，吽）。 如是及诵吉祥语。 誓言宣告受持。 供养曼扎等后续如常。 导师于前生起朵玛供养自生起之时，如前所说。 加持供品，简略供赞。 念诵忏悔文及百字明。 迎请融入与本尊相应的智慧尊。 以嗡啊吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ओम् आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：om āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽）将誓言尊融入自身。 以回向发愿吉祥语等成就之。 此善愿诸虚空界有情众，离死主怖畏金刚寿，如无量寿佛极坚固，愿速成就彼之胜果位。 如是第九世嘉瓦旺秋多杰所著之《修法荟萃珍宝鬘》之寂静部类中摘录，莲花舞自在智无边于宗学别院不死莲花池编著，增善妙。 成就者月贤之宗喀巴大师所著之无量寿佛修法随许及长寿殊胜至究竟。 智无边。

Location. Grant the great empowerment of the torma. Om Ah Hum Balimta Kaya Waka Chitta Abhisinca Mam (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་མཱཾ།，梵文天城体：ओम् आः हूँ बलिन्त काय वाक चित्त अभिषिञ्च मां，梵文罗马拟音：om āḥ hūṃ balinta kāya vāk citta abhiṣiñca mām，汉语字面意思：Om Ah Hum, offering, body speech mind, empower me). Thus, place the torma in three places. Visualize the torma as Amitayus, dissolving into light and merging into you. Meditate that your body, speech, and mind become indistinguishably mixed with the body, speech, and mind of Amitayus. Ja Hum Bam Hoh (藏文：ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：जः हुं वं होः，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ，汉语字面意思：Ja Hum Bam Hoh). Give longevity pills and alcohol. Auspicious, long-lasting, glorious food, this essence that gathers the heart, today, may the child eat it. By eating this, one attains the Buddha Amitayus. Relying on food, one is liberated from the Lord of Death, there is no need to doubt liberation. Thus, recite the three mantras. Then, place the vajra on the head. By the blessing of the truth of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and by the blessing of the Bhagavan Amitayus, I have protected these beings, may no one transgress this. Om Vajra Raksha Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་རཀྵ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ओम् वज्र रक्ष हुम्，梵文罗马拟音：om vajra rakṣa hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, Protect, Hum). Thus, recite whatever auspicious verses are appropriate. Proclaim and uphold the vows. The subsequent practices, such as offering the mandala of gratitude, are done as usual. The teacher, at the time of the front generation, torma offering, and self-generation, do as previously stated. Bless the offering and increase it. Briefly offer praise. Recite the confession and the hundred-syllable mantra. Invite and dissolve the wisdom being that corresponds to the support. With Om Ah Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：ओम् आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：om āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om Ah Hum), gather the samaya being into oneself. Accomplish through dedication, aspiration, and auspicious words. By this merit, may all sentient beings equal to space, be freed from the fear of the Lord of Death, may their vajra life be as firm as Amitayus, and may they quickly attain the supreme state of that protector. Thus, extracted from the peaceful section of the "Collection of Various Methods of Accomplishment, Precious Garland" composed by the Ninth Gyalwang Wangchuk Dorje, and compiled by Padma Garwang Lodro Thaye at Dzongshod Jebyag Chime Padma Dzing, may virtue and excellence increase. The accomplishment method of the Bhagavan Amitayus according to the tradition of the great accomplished Zla-ba-pa, along with the subsequent permission, is the ultimate in longevity. Lodro Thaye.
