不空如来，真实降临于你之顶，四障清净获四灌顶。咒语末尾：萨瓦 阿比辛恰 吽。（藏文：སརྦ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧོ，梵文天城体：सर्वा अभिषिञ्च हो，梵文罗马拟音：sarva abhiṣiñca ho，汉语字面意思：一切灌顶 ）。由此圆满获得本尊身之手印灌顶，四障清净，四灌同时圆满。通过修习、念诵、禅定，有能力成办无量事业。若有余力，则布施吉祥物和吉祥标志，念诵吉祥祈愿文。从今天起，你作为儿子，应以不空如来为怙主，修持本尊，念诵咒语，安住禅定，切勿懈怠。如是教诫等，应想如法守护三昧耶戒之次第，并随之念诵。主尊如是等等。供养曼扎等之后，如常仪轨进行。第二，超度亡者之仪轨：于坛城之东方，于所绘八瓣莲花之上，放置名牌等所依物。下方备齐清净物、击打物、食物等所需之物，进行事业之生起与念诵，修持事业宝瓶，接受灌顶，祈请允许等，完毕后，于前方安放所观想之对境。进行沐浴清净。于空性中，于莲花和月亮坐垫之上，由名牌和（藏文：ནྲྀ，梵文天城体：णृ，梵文罗马拟音：ṇṛ，汉语字面意思：舍）字，化现为亡者之身形。勾招亡者之神识：观想以铁钩手印和心间的（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字之光芒勾招神识。顶礼！根本传承上师、三宝、如海之诸佛等之谛实力，以及清净一切恶趣之薄伽梵不空如来诸佛众之谛实力，以及秘密真言、明咒、陀罗尼咒、心咒、手印、禅定等之谛实力， 以大谛实力之加持，令已故某某之神识，无论处于三界六道何处，刹那间降临于此。嗡 班扎 阿嘎夏 雅 扎。（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཀརྵ་ཡ་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：ओँ वज्र आकर्षय जः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra ākarṣaya jaḥ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，勾招，札）以此勾招神识，并以萨瓦 帕邦 阿纳亚 吽。（藏文：སརྦ་པཱ་པཾ་ཨཱ་ན་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：सर्व पापं आनय हुं，梵文罗马拟音：sarva pāpaṃ ānaya hūṃ，汉语字面意思：一切罪业，拿来，吽）勾招罪业，然后，扎 吽 旺 霍。（藏文：ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：जः हुं वं होः，梵文罗马拟音：jaḥ hūṃ vaṃ hoḥ，汉语字面意思：札 吽 旺 霍）神识化为白色阿字，融入所依物。驱除障碍：以食子围绕所依物，念诵嗡 萨瓦 维格南 纳玛 萨瓦 达塔嘎 喋 贝 哟。（藏文：ཨཱོྃ་སརྦ་བིགྷྣཱན་ན་མཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏེ་བྷྱོ，梵文天城体：ओं सर्व विघ्नान् नमः सर्व तथागतेभ्यो，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva vighnān namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyo，汉语字面意思：嗡，一切障碍，顶礼，一切如来）到格里赫纳 伊当 巴 雅 迪 梭哈。（藏文：གྲྀཧྞེ་དཾ་བ་ལྱཱ་དི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ，梵文天城体：गृह्णे इदं बल्यदि स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：gṛhṇe idaṃ balyādi svāhā，汉语字面意思：接受，此，供品等，梭哈）等三句以息灭之。以荆条围绕，念诵（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字四句，后三句减半。念诵谛实力如前，最后。

The unfailing one, come directly to the crown of your head, purify the four obscurations and receive the four empowerments. At the end of the mantra: Sarva Abhiṣiñca Ho.
