Offerings to confess for cut trees, wasted shares, stolen stones, and encroached fields. Offerings to seek forgiveness for muddied water and to compensate for fire damage. Offerings to purify sins related to houses, tombs, and fields. Offerings of essence for building statues, storehouses, and new houses. Offerings of food, wealth, auspicious symbols, and protection for the growth of treasures. Offerings of the bravery symbols of enemy deities and praises of local deities. For items that cannot actually be washed, etc., perform pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and wrathful purifications, dispel obstacles, destroy and avert, and perform the bathing extensively with a vase accomplished through averting and accumulating merit. The symbolic script vase essence arising from the clear expanse of pure appearance, write this with something like gold and insert it. In particular, to protect the earth and insects, it is said to insert elephant bones into the vase. Other symbolic substances, mantras, oral instructions, transformations, etc., should also be adjusted according to reason.
