Oṃ! Consecrate the white flower with one hundred and eight essential points of dependent arising. Merge the name and lineage of the holder into the center of the mandala, and have faith in its inconceivable power. Fourth, the practice is: Place the wheel in the sky or on the bed where it resides, with the letters facing you, and then place yourself below it. The benefits of this are immeasurable; for all who are under it or enter into it, all the power of mantra, vidyā mantra, and dhāraṇī mantra will increase and expand. It will have the power to be unimpeded in everything. All who touch it and enter under it will accumulate supreme merit and power. All destroyed powers will be restored. Whatever evil deeds others have done to me, binding the power of body, speech, and mind, as well as all actions of suppression, killing, etc., and subtle curses, evil words, evil winds, curses, black magic, evil stars, destruction, etc., in short, whatever has been done, will be like liberation from the lunar constellations. One will be purified, cleansed, and liberated. All faults and obscurations of body, speech, and mind of the three lifetimes will be purified and cleansed. This is the heart essence of the ḍākinīs.
