Recite the mantras above and below, and vow to keep the vows afterwards. Offer a mandala of gratitude and a feast offering, etc., as in other rituals. ༈ Again, if someone is afflicted with epilepsy, perform bathing, wiping, and protection. Perform vase practice for three or seven days, etc. If you see signs such as dreaming of bathing, the sun rising, or the vase water actually boiling, then dissolve the deity vase. After empowering as before, bathe the patient with the vase water and say these words: Ah! You are the one mother of all existence, who heals all beings, who controls all good and evil, who follows all vows, Mukali is the supreme of the realm of reality, who gives happiness to all sentient beings, dwells in the essence of nectar, and manifests the five elements from her mouth. By the power of your true blessing, may all external demons, planets, zombies, flesh-eating demons, intoxicating demons, forgetting demons, etc., all harms caused by elemental spirits, be pacified and liberated. May the poison of seeing and the poison of touching, the poison of breath and the poison of evil thoughts, all be purified and cleansed, and may we be liberated from the bonds of body and mind, just as the sun and moon are liberated from the planets. May we attain liberation, happiness, and perfection. Afterwards, perform offering, praise, confession, supplication, sending away, gathering, auspiciousness, dedication, and aspiration according to the common practice. Thus, this empowerment and bathing ritual should be performed daily for those suffering from planetary diseases, or during times of epidemics. Then, even diseases directly caused by planetary influences can be truly cured, and fainting will not occur again. Without interrupting the self-protection and self-generation of the deity, if you continuously recite the two mantras combined more than twenty-one times each day, you can protect all the upper spirits and all elemental spirits.
