For protection, place the wheel in the vase, place Amitabha in the measuring container, place oneself and others to be protected in the center of the vase, and complete the consecration according to the standard. Below that, in the triangular pit, on clean land such as cemeteries and ant nests, make a black stupa one cubit high, with three layers of fire, water, and wind patterns. In the golden ground in between, decorate with square paths and vajras. Make a triangular stupa, making an E-shaped hole. Use a knife or the foot of anything broken to make the throat of the hole unobstructed. Block it with a stopper and consecrate one stupa. On a shroud or poisonous paper, draw a lingam with all powers, extending the tongue to the chest. Write this mantra on the tongue: Om Hrih Griwa Waka Satwambha Kuru Lam Nan, Satwambha Satwambha, Moha Moha, Gaya Gaya, Hulu Hulu Hum Phet Phet. Shape the written clay lingam, write the name and lineage in its heart, mix the seven places with earth and blood, place the stupa with a measure of seven fingers, and on top of that is the reversing wheel, with ten spokes and a round center. Make a Puri stupa in the round center, place ཁྲོཾ (Tibetan, kroṃ, krom, emptiness) and ཧྲཱིཿ(Tibetan, hrīḥ, hrih, seed syllable) in the center, and surround it with the reversing mantra. Behind that is a wheel with ten spokes, with ten ཧཱུྃ་(Tibetan, hūṃ, hum, seed syllable) facing inward. At the top of the wheel are ten iron garudas, facing outward in a fierce posture. The outer edge of the wheel is a surrounding border, and flames and weapons can also be drawn. Draw a lingam next to each spoke, and write the name and lineage of the target in the center. Place it on top of the lower stupa, or stretch it on a white base and place it. Then, imagine yourself as Hayagriva and Garuda, and after contemplating non-duality, recite this mantra: Om Ah Hum Vajra Krodha Hayagriva Hulu Hulu, Mama Teta Jye Na Gino Sarva Patan Nan, Maha Bade Lodatadyatha, Kuru Kuru, Tsuru Tsuru, Muru Muru, Hana Hana, Daha Daha, Baza Baza, Bida Sa Bida Sa, Shata Shata, Saha Saha, Shata Saha, Prabizura Na Bida Tana Sa, Pratyam Gira, Mama Praya, Tsana Ma He Dada Vajra Krota Mang He Loka Dara Vajri Hasayana, Haha Ho Shri Traka Karaya Hum Hum Phet Phet Svaha. The samadhi of reciting in this way is to visualize oneself as Hayagriva and Garuda, with the wheel of weapons rotating under the seat. From the roaring and violent rotation, a storm of flames and weapons sweeps, and countless small garudas fly out, filling the three thousand worlds.

From... the evil spirits, stab them on the spokes of the wheel and kill them, visualize the flesh and blood being torn apart. Practicing for seven days will surely dispel them. This also comes from the later tantra "The Eater of Three Thousand Worlds": Emaho! This is the most secret dharma, the yogi should practice diligently. If others, with their knowledge mantras, cause harm to me, just like punishing the Naga, all of that will return to themselves. Whatever deity one has practiced, will surely cause harm to oneself. Just like raising a venomous snake and suffering from it, or like encountering Jaya Gato, one will undoubtedly destroy oneself. All the evil deeds one has done, are like red-hot iron meeting cotton, like erecting a flag in the sky, one's own words will become stiff. Thus it is said, just by doing this practice one can achieve accomplishment, not to mention if one has mantra and samadhi. It is a karma like a diamond. Samaya. (藏文)Athi. (藏文)Guhya. (藏文)Zab gya. Offering torma, offerings, praises, etc., should be done like the inner practice of subduing the Nagas. Or recite any suitable ritual text. I, Orgyen Padmasambhava, from the great tantra of the Horse King Dance Cycle, the scattered activities of subduing the wicked, this profound condensed essence heart drop, without abandoning it, is hidden as a precious treasure. May it meet with those who have karmic connections. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. (藏文)Athi. Zab Gya. There are seals of body, speech, and mind. It was discovered by Tagsham Nudan Dorje from the garden of Gawa Lung. The mind accomplishment of the Yidam, the dance of the Horse King, the activity of subduing the wicked, the outer, inner, and secret three practices of the Wrathful King Garuda, and Tagsham Nudan Dorje.
