་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐུ་པདྨ་དབང་རྒྱལ་རྡོ་རྗེ་དཔལ་བཟང་པོའི་ཞལ་སྔ་ནས་འདི་ལྟ་བུ་ཞིག་གྱིས་ཞེས་བཀའ་བསྩལ་པ་དང་དུ་བླངས་ཏེ། སྐྱབས་མགོན་འཁོར་ལོའི་མགོན་པོ་དྲིན་ཆེན་ཀརྨ་བི་ཛ་ཡ་རིགས་བདག་ཏུ་ཐོབ་པའི་སྐལ་པ་ཅན་སྨྱོས་ཀྱི་རིག་འཛིན་རྨོངས་བརྟུལ་པདྨེནྡྲ་ཛ་ཡས་རང་ལོ་ཉེར་བཞི་པ་མྱོས་ལྡན་ནག་ཟླའི་ཡར་ཚེས་དགེ་བར་འོག་མིན་ཨོ་རྒྱན་སྨིན་གྲོལ་གི་བླ་བྲང་དུ་སྦྱར་བའི་ཡི་གེ་པ་ནི་དྲུང་ཆོས་འཕེལ་གྱིས་བགྱིས་པ་སྟེ། འདིས་ཀྱང་རྒྱལ་བའི་བསྟན་པ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དར་ཞིང་རྒྱས་པའི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་ཅིག །མངྒ་ལཾ།། །། ལས་འབྲེལ་གཏེར་བྱོན་རྟ་མགྲིན་གཉེན་པོ་ལྷ་གསུམ་གྱི་ལས་བྱང་དོན་གཉིས་ལྷུན་གྲུབ། པདྨེནྡྲ་ཛ་ཡ།

化身贝玛旺嘉多杰华桑波尊前应允“如此行持”之教言。有幸获得怙主法轮之主，大恩噶玛贝扎为种姓之主，名唤疯狂持明者，愚钝行者贝玛因扎于自身二十四岁时，在妙香黑色之月的上弦吉日，于邬金成熟解脱之拉章缮写。书写者为仲确培。愿此亦成为弘扬佛陀珍贵教法之因。吉祥圆满！ 业缘伏藏出土马头明王亲友三尊之事业仪轨，二利任运成就。贝玛因扎。
