Visualize that all the blessings are infused into your being. At the end of the mantra, recite: Citta Abhishintsa Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning), and play incense and music. Finally, the empowerment based on the torma is: Visualize this torma as a great emanation of the Garuda, and infuse the wisdom beings. By making offerings, praises, and recitations, it is pleased. Therefore, generate strong devotion, thinking that it is the actual wisdom body of the Vajra Garuda. Based on this devotion, it descends on each of your heads, and the black Garuda's body color is filled, immeasurable, like two lamps continuing. You enter from the Brahma aperture, clearly visualized as deities. The inside of the body is completely filled with the emanation of the black Garuda's body, like a barn filled with grain, so that all the gatherings of diseases, evil spirits, sins, and harmers are completely burned away without remainder. In body and mind, inconceivable bliss-emptiness wisdom arises. Think that the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of the great emanation Garuda are blessed without difference. Generate heartfelt faith. If you wish, you can recite the lineage supplication. If you abbreviate, then pray to the glorious and precious root and lineage lamas, the deities of the mandala, the heroes and heroines of the three places, the Dharma protectors and guardians, and especially the wisdom emanation of the great black Garuda deities and all their retinues. Please empower and bless the body, speech, and mind of these vajra disciples with body, speech, and mind. Relying on such blessings, may all adverse conditions, diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles, such as the upper evil spirits, planets, and stars, the lower evil spirits, nagas and earth lords, and the intermediate evil spirits, demons, and fierce gods, be pacified. May all favorable conditions, such as life, merit, glory, wealth, power, ability, experience, and realization, be blessed to increase and expand from above. At the end of the mantra, recite: Balinta Abhishintsa Om Ah Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning). Finally, the deity of the torma dissolves into light and merges into you, with the faith that you are blessed to be inseparable until enlightenment. 顶礼、供养、赞颂、祈请宽恕、摄集、回向、发愿、吉祥祝愿等，按照通常仪轨进行。 这也如同在一部署名不详的古籍上，将衔接语等阐释，按照上师的仪轨添加。从精通且证得成就的卓敦·蒋悲扬·曲吉坚赞处领受此法的恩德时，钦哲旺波记录成文，愿吉祥圆满！ ༈ །།若要修持此法的加持力，首先在朵玛灌顶之后，中间进行广修。 之后，再次观想你们各自显现为业之黑鹏，从标有三处（身语意）三个字（嗡啊吽）的地方放射光芒。由此，十方诸佛菩萨的一切身语意加持，无余迎请至化身大黑鹏的身印、语咒鬘、意种子字，以不可思议之形式融入三门，从而使身语意三门的一切疾病、邪魔、罪障得以清净。 观想金刚鹏的一切身语意加持，无余融入自相续。 念诵咒语：嗡 德隆 德隆，杜尔 杜尔，钦 钦，康 康，索 索，巴 达 巴 达 梭哈。之后，念诵：嘎雅 瓦嘎 चित्त 阿比钦扎 嗡 阿 吽（藏文：ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：काया वाक चित्त अभिषिञ्च ओम आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：kāya vāk citta abhiṣiñca oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：身语意 灌顶 嗡 啊 吽），并燃香奏乐。 为了使其稳固，观想朵玛明观为本尊，从各自的顶轮降临，放射出无数金刚鹏的身相，充满身体的内部。一切疾病、邪魔、罪障无余焚烧清净。观想以身语意功德事业加持自相续。 如果愿意，可以祈祷，如果简略，则在咒语末尾加上巴林达 阿比钦扎 嗡 阿 吽（藏文：བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：बलिंता अभिषिञ्च ओम आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：balinta abhiṣiñca oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：供施 灌顶 嗡 啊 吽）进行灌顶。 念诵一句吉祥祝愿偈。 圆满次数时，最后朵玛之神化为光芒融入等，按照通常仪轨进行。 愿一切吉祥！ །། 拉扎寺伏藏法中，鹏鸟事业之铁质金刚霹雳箭。

May the practices of prostration, offering, praise, seeking forgiveness, gathering, dedication, aspiration, auspicious words, and so on, be performed according to the general ritual. This, too, is like adding explanations of conjunctions, etc., according to the Lama's practice, to an old manuscript with an unclear colophon. When receiving the kindness of this method from Drolton Jampelyang Chokyi Gyaltsen, who is learned and has attained accomplishments, Khyentse Wangpo wrote it down. May it be auspicious and virtuous! ༈ །།If you want to perform the blessing of this practice, first expand it in the middle after the Torma empowerment. Then, again, visualize each of you as appearing as the black Garuda of Karma, with the three places (body, speech, and mind) marked with the three syllables (Om Ah Hum). From this, rays of light radiate. Thus, all the blessings of the body, speech, and mind of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, without exception, are invited in inconceivable forms of the body mudra, mantra garland of speech, and seed syllable of mind of the emanation great black Garuda, and dissolve into the three doors, thereby purifying all diseases, evil spirits, and sins of the three doors of body, speech, and mind. Have the faith that all the blessings of the body, speech, and mind of Vajra Garuda, without exception, enter your being. Recite the mantra: Om Drung Drung, Dur Dur, Chem Chem, Kham Kham, Sod Sod, Bad Bad Svaha. After that, recite: Kaya Vaka Citta Abhishincha Om Ah Hum (藏文：ཀཱ་ཡ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：काया वाक चित्त अभिषिञ्च ओम आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：kāya vāk citta abhiṣiñca oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：body speech mind empower Om Ah Hum), and perform incense and music. In order to stabilize it, visualize the Torma clearly as the deity, descending from the crown of each person, radiating immeasurable bodies of Vajra Garuda, filling the entire inside of the body. All diseases, evil spirits, and sins are burned and purified without remainder. Have the faith that your being is blessed with body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. If you wish, you can pray, and if you simplify, add Balinta Abhishincha Om Ah Hum (藏文：བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：बलिंता अभिषिञ्च ओम आः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：balinta abhiṣiñca oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：offering empower Om Ah Hum) to the end of the mantra to empower.
