Nine heads adorned with jewels on vajra horns, Hair and eyebrows blazing red and yellow, Eyes swirling like the sun and moon, gazing in ten directions. From the mouth, the great sound of Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: 吽) and Triṃ Triṃ is proclaimed. Two hands seize and devour many small nāgas. The body radiates the crackling of meteoric iron fire. Spreading the wings of the wisdom meteoric iron sword. The beak and claws of hands and feet, without exception, Are sharp as razors, bent like iron hooks. Ima la. The Tsog offering is: In the Tsog offering of the medium Thugsdrub, change the deity's mantra and recite it. Use the Hundred Syllable Mantra to make up for any deficiencies. Ask for forgiveness for any faults. Gather the outer container and inner contents into clear light. In that state, rest slightly in the expanse of primordial purity and awareness. Prayer and auspicious words: May all beings, earth lords, nagas, and fierce spirits, through this virtue, experience and transform all suffering from poison and harm. May they be purified, and may the wisdom Garuda of self-awareness manifest, directly recognize their own nature, and be liberated! May the auspiciousness of the deity's form, the empty appearance of the body, be present! May the auspiciousness of the mantra, the empty sound of speech, be present! May the auspiciousness of samadhi, the empty awareness of mind, be present! May the auspiciousness of wisdom, the constant bliss and emptiness, be present! Thus, recite prayers and auspicious words of varying lengths as appropriate. Whatever is accomplished will be victorious in all directions. This is the activity of the Garuda, the sky iron vajra arrow. From the unerring intention of the Lhabrak (place name) treasure, there is no fabricated or adulterated Dharma here. Some, without knowing, desire to write, and like a dark arrow, cover the old accomplishment activities with new additions. This is of no benefit to oneself or others, and only wastes ink and paper. Not just the arrogance of those who boast of mantras, but through the power of completely cutting off additions and subtractions to the instructions of ripening and liberation, may the two accomplishments, supreme and common, be achieved through the virtue of composing with raised voice! This is the Garuda activity from the Lhabrak (place name) treasure, the essence of the sky iron vajra arrow. It was slightly supplemented at the repeated urging of Ngawang Sherab (person name) during his retreat. There are no treasure signs in it, and most of it is adorned only with the oral instructions of the dakinis from the treasure text. Through the kindness of Zurchen Choying Rangdrol, the manifestation of the compassion of Kunsang Thukje, after becoming familiar with this Dharma, the scribe was Changkhyim Lozang Dongdrub, written by the Za Hor (place name) Bande. Sarva Mangalam (Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्वा मङ्गलम्, Sanskrit Romanization: sarva maṅgalam, Chinese literal meaning: All auspiciousness). May there be auspiciousness! The blessing ritual of the Black Garuda from the Lhabrak (place name) treasure, called "Dispelling All Obstacles," is complete.
