成办事业！如经所说严持殊胜律藏，之后布施给三位具缘者，利益众生广大不可思议，因对我的虔信而持有口诀。在所示的宝藏目录中，有上中下三个洞穴。上方有大悲观音的法类，下方有医药宝藏，有无量寿佛的佛像，文字法类自然显现，中间有金瓶宝藏。若地方的精华衰退，则不取出黄金，其余的则取出石药和蓝色药。名为取藏者莲花光，能救度三百六十万众生。香巴拉的授记写在卷轴宝藏中，具信的措嘉空行母将其记录下来。名为蓝色药水引的口诀，是莲花生的我的心髓，是空行四部的精华摄集，是黑头人的续命之法，此药是治疗水肿的锤子，是救治有情众生的甘露，是菩提心的生根之处。萨玛雅！印印印！深印！宝藏印！秘密印！印印印！名为蓝色药水引口诀空行母文字者，雪山蓝色药，日光明，ཛཾ་གྷིརྟི།（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思），莲花成就，莲花幢，成就自在，智慧，金刚，福德光，喇嘛雅桑，智称，多德奔，解脱吉祥光等依次口耳相传。草药等都已断除疑惑，校对完毕。不得人传人的禁令，愿吉祥！疾病蔓延之时，在priyangu花未开时，将其阴干，与蓝色药水引三种混合，加上白檀香铁粉七份，余甘子九份，诃子七份，豆蔻，水母须，白花丹，荜澄茄，余甘子果实等仔细混合，制成丸药。食物要避免油腻和腐烂变质，不吃生面，不睡午觉，禁酒，有益无害，不会有其他的损害，不需要使用导泻药和灌肠，不应限制逃脱，无论过了多少天，服用此药即可。三年旧病复发，用此药即可。这是实际展示的殊胜智慧，可以向其他医生炫耀，可以接受黄金作为报酬，非常深奥！ཨྠྀི།（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟拟音，汉语字面意思） 水疗法宝藏，极其隐蔽，甚深要诀，秘密空行母文字。

Accomplish the purpose! Uphold the supreme Dharma Vinaya as stated in the sutras, then bestow it upon three fortunate individuals. Benefit beings immensely, beyond comprehension. Hold the oral instructions with devotion to me. In the revealed treasure catalog, there are three caves, above, below, and in between. Above, there are Dharma cycles of Great Compassion. Below, there is a treasure of medicine and healing. There is the form of Buddha Amitayus, and self-arisen Dharma texts. In the middle, there is a golden vase treasure. If the essence of the land declines, do not extract the gold. Extract the crystal medicine and blue medicine instead. Known as the treasure revealer Pema Ozer, liberate three million six hundred thousand beings. The prophecy of Shambhala is written in a scroll treasure. The faithful Tsogyal obtained it in writing. The oral instruction called Blue Water Extraction is the heart essence of me, Padmasambhava. It is the essence collection of the four classes of dakinis. It is the life-sustaining method for black-headed humans. This medicine is the hammer for edema. It is the nectar that heals sentient beings. It is the root of bodhichitta. Samaya! Seal, seal, seal! Deep seal! Treasure seal! Secret seal! Seal, seal, seal! This is called the Dakini Script of the Blue Water Extraction Oral Instruction: Blue Snow Mountain Medicine, Sunlight Rays, ཛཾ་གྷིརྟི། (藏文,梵文天城体, Zam-ghir-ti, Meaning unclear), Padma Samdrub, Padma Gyaltsen, Drubpa Dak, Yeshe, Dorje, Sonam O, Lama Yawazang, Sherab Drak, Dode Bum, Thar Lek O, and so on, in successive oral transmissions. All the herbal medicines have been thoroughly examined and doubts have been dispelled. There is a strict prohibition against transmitting it from person to person. May there be auspiciousness! When the disease spreads, when the priyangu flower has not yet bloomed, dry it in the shade, and mix it with three parts of Blue Water Extraction, plus seven parts of white sandalwood iron powder, nine parts of amla, seven parts of haritaki, cardamom, water cress, chitrak, cubeb, and amla fruit, and grind them finely. Make into pills. Avoid oily and rotten food. Do not eat raw dough. Do not take naps during the day. Abstain from alcohol. It is beneficial and harmless. There will be no other harm. There is no need to use laxatives or enemas. There should be no restriction on escape. No matter how many days have passed, taking this medicine is sufficient. If a three-year-old disease recurs, this medicine alone is sufficient. This is the actual display of extraordinary wisdom. It can be shown off to other doctors. Gold can be accepted as payment.
