Visualize that white mustard seeds, as small as barley grains, are falling like rain, and contemplate them gently dissolving into your bodies. Hūṃ! I beseech all the deities of the Leaf-Clad Mother to come to this place and bestow great blessings. I beseech you to bestow the supreme empowerment upon this fortunate and faithful one, and to dispel the obstructing spirits and obstacles to life. The root mantra and Vajra Āveśaya Ā Ā! Place the vajra on the crown of the head. Tiṣṭha Vajra! Hūṃ! This is the victorious vase, in which the Leaf-Clad Mother resides. May you who have placed it on your head attain the empowerment of the vase. Oṃ Sarva Tathāgata Abhiṣeka Te Samaya Śrīye Hūṃ! By bestowing this empowerment, the body is filled and impurities are cleansed. Visualize that from the remaining water that is poured upwards, Akṣobhya adorns the crown of the head. Please repeat after me: I beseech all the Buddhas of the three times, and especially the Leaf-Clad Mother, to bestow the empowerment of body, speech, and mind, qualities, and activities. Repeat three times. Now, visualize that from the forehead of the torma visualized as the Leaf-Clad Mother, white light radiates and enters your forehead, filling your entire body with white light. Hūṃ! From the Akaniṣṭha realm and the joyful radiance, and from the places where you reside, such as solitary retreats, I beseech the Leaf-Clad Mother to come. Please bestow the supreme empowerment through the door of the body, pacify the diseases and evil spirits of the body, and grant the attainment of health and happiness. The root mantra is Kāya Abhiṣiñca Oṃ! The vajra that completely destroys all diseases, burns all evil spirits, and destroys all plagues, may the body of the Leaf-Clad Mother be auspicious! Scatter flowers in this way. By this, the obscurations of the body are purified, and the body empowerment is attained. Again, visualize that from the throat of the torma visualized as the Leaf-Clad Mother, red light radiates and enters your throat, filling your entire body with red light. Hūṃ! From the Akaniṣṭha realm and the joyful radiance, and from the places where you reside, such as solitary retreats, I beseech the Leaf-Clad Mother to come. Please bestow the supreme empowerment through the door of speech, pacify the diseases and evil spirits of speech, and grant the attainment of health and happiness. The root mantra is Vāka Abhiṣiñca Ā! Visualize that you are offering me a garland of yellow flowers, and repeat the following: The Leaf-Clad Mother is my refuge, please bless me. Repeat the mantra. Visualize that the mantra garland transforms into a garland of flowers and is placed on the crown of your head.

From the Akanishta paradise and the Tushita paradise, and from the places of residence such as solitary places, I pray that the Leaf-Clad Mother will come, bestow the supreme empowerment from the door of the heart, pacify the diseases and demons of the mind, and bestow the accomplishment of health and happiness. The root mantra is citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ. Also, from the heart of the Leaf-Clad Mother radiate golden vajra letters marked with the letter Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽), meditate that it dissolves into your own heart. Hūṃ! The heart empowerment of the Leaf-Clad Mother, today will be bestowed upon you, you receive this heart empowerment. The root mantra is vajra citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ. It can destroy all diseases, it can burn all demons' citta, it is the vajra that can destroy all infectious diseases, may the auspiciousness of the heart of the Leaf-Clad Mother come!
