此乃辑录而成。此（仪轨）可用于任何经教（བཀའ་）和伏藏（གཏེར་），因其简便，愿能成办广大利益。如是，罗睺阿苏（རཱ་ག་ཨ་སྱ）所著，若有错谬违越之处，向天神忏悔。吉祥！吉祥！ 以意伏藏为主的新旧共修药师佛朵玛灌顶。罗睺阿苏（རཱ་ག་ཨ་སྱ）。
