With sounds of flute, song, and music, And the distinct tactile sensations, the play of the senses, as long as samsara is not empty, Constantly offering clouds of Samantabhadra's aspiration prayers like the endless expanse. Hūṃ! Three times victorious ones' activities, Medicine Guru, Eight brothers, Sugatas of the ten directions, with their sons and retinues, Through the power of pleasing with a vast ocean of offering clouds, May the diseases of beings equal to space be pacified, And while enjoying happiness and well-being, may they quickly attain omniscience! Oṃ āḥ hūṃ! Argha pratīccha pūja megha samudra spharaṇa samaya hūṃ! By this, elaborate from Pādya to Śabda, and the mantra of the treasury of space, such as Namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyo viśva, etc. Adorn and offer with Vajra spharaṇa khaṃ. The praise, prostration, and aspiration prayers are as follows: Hūṃ! Possessing the ten powers, the glory of all, The Bhagavan whose compassion is equal to all, The Medicine Guru who dispels the diseases of the three poisons, I prostrate and praise the light of lapis lazuli. Names like Excellent Name, Jewel Moon, Golden Good, Free from Sorrow, Proclaimer of Dharma Ocean, Dharma Intellect, Shakyamuni, The sacred Dharma and the sixteen Bodhisattvas, etc., I prostrate and praise the precious Three Jewels. Brahma and Indra, the Great Kings, the ten Direction Guardians, The twelve Yaksha Generals with their attendants, The gods, humans, medicine holders, and sages, I praise the deities of the nectar medicine mandala. Through the power of offering, praising, and praying to you guides, May sickness and suffering never arise, And may the intention of the blissful victorious ones be realized, May the state of omniscience be quickly realized! The way of focusing on the appearance of the deity's form in meditative absorption, Without interruption by conceptual thought, the realm of taking and abandoning, Extracting the essence of emptiness of sound, the nectar of mantra, The realm of beings who have been mothers, the realm of love and compassion. Thus, practice, recite, offer, praise, and pray, From this life to all lifetimes, may it be a treasure of benefit and happiness, Few diseases, long life, may the obscurations of the three poisons be purified, May self-benefit be perfect and other-benefit be spontaneously accomplished!
