To complete the empowerment of the great queen of wisdom who pacifies all discordant factions, adorn the front with auspicious substances and symbols, and the wealth of the seven precious royal possessions, and please be willing to bestow blessings. Bestow the chakras of the eight auspicious substances, eight symbols, and seven royal possessions in order. Blessed by the Bhagavan Shakya Simha, the auspicious substances with the eightfold noble path, may touching them pacify all discordant factions, and may virtue and qualities always increase! Om, auspicious, do, empower. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མངྒ་ལཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་མི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ मङ्गलम् कुरु अभिषिञ्चामि, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ maṅgalaṃ kuru abhiṣiñcāmi, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, auspicious, do, empower.) The names of the Buddhas who have perfected merit, the eight auspicious symbols with eight kinds of liberation, together with the assembly of Bodhi-minded ones, may all beings in the world always be happy and well! The wheel-turning kings who abide in the noble realm, with the precious jewels possessing the seven branches of enlightenment, may we today be victorious over the enemy of afflictions, and may we be empowered to enjoy the glory of samsara and nirvana! Om, great jewel, empower. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མ་ཧཱ་རཏྣ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་མི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ महारत्न अभिषिञ्चामि, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ mahāratna abhiṣiñcāmi, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, great jewel, empower.) It should be known that when bestowing the empowerment of any pacifying goddess, these must be added as the conclusion. Then, begin with the common connecting words spoken from the mouth. Recite the extensive auspicious verses and scatter flowers. Keep the vows of the main deity, such as "as is," offer the mandala, and complete the offering of the body. Thus, the empowerment of each of the seven pacifying goddesses, including the conclusion, is completed in detail. Please listen to this Vajra speech, which imparts the common instructions of the liberation guidance sequence. After connecting in this way, relying on profound yoga, and so on, until the ultimate completion of the activity. Read clearly in between. By this merit, etc., make aspirations, so that maturation and liberation are completely fulfilled. Afterwards, replenish the offerings, and perform blessings and praises. From the torma offering to the auspicious verses, also perform the complete ritual, and it is accomplished. Wonderful stream of pacifying nectar, may it descend as nourishment for immeasurable beings. May the pain of cause and effect be eliminated, and may the supreme attainment of the essence of lasting bliss be accomplished! This was also given by the all-knowing Lama Rinpoche, the protector of the mandala, the seventh in the lineage.
