Homage to the Guru, Queen of Knowledge, to all). Whose name alone, is as cool as moonlight nectar, like a shade umbrella for those afflicted by heat, freely bestowing, may they protect. The seven queens of knowledge, through empowerment ripen the disciples, pacify disease, demons, etc., granting desires, may the one manifest separately. The empowerment of the seven peaceful goddesses has two parts: preparation, arrangement of implements, and the actual process of empowerment. In front or behind, whichever is convenient, place a round torma decorated with a white silk umbrella. Each deity's body mandala and hand symbol, mantra board, crystal rosary, silk and jewel ornaments, eight auspicious symbols, etc. If empowering with one deity, then only that one is needed, if empowering with three deities, giving three types at once, then three sets like that. The outer offerings also need that number, it should be known. The surrounding items for each.

The implements and so forth should also be gathered together. If you wish to elaborate, you may arrange a white, round torma on the front side, in a corner. Other necessary items should also be assembled. Second, the actual empowerment procedure is: First, for the eye-illumination deity, from the beginning of the ritual manual, complete the self-generation and recitation, etc. Then, again focusing on the front support, perform the generation stage until the recitation. After that, perform the vase generation, recitation, offering praise, and light dissolution. From the second empowerment onwards, connect all the empowerments and bestow them. Starting from the offering blessing of the ritual manual. Repeat the realization of the self-generation, the front deity, and the vase, each of the three, by burning incense. At the end of the recitation for the Great Peacock Mother, also add the life-attracting practice. If there is a karma vase, bless it with the swirling mantra. Request permission to introduce the disciples. Then, Enter the actual empowerment. Lead the disciples who are worthy of being accepted to bathe outside. According to the ritual manual, cast the obstacle-removing torma. Perform the command and expulsion of obstacles, and bind the boundaries with the protection wheel. Perform the scattering and gathering of flowers, and clearly explain the generation of bodhicitta. In general, the perfect basis for accomplishing Buddhahood is the human body, which possesses the seven qualities of higher realms, but due to karma and circumstances, there are many imminent harms. In particular, no matter how great or small the sacred Dharma and virtuous deeds are practiced, various obstacles corresponding to them will arise. However, the Victorious Ones are skilled in means and possess great compassion, regarding sentient beings as their only child. Therefore, they have proclaimed the immeasurable collection of powers that can pacify and destroy these adverse factors. All of these powers, both temporarily and ultimately, only bestow supreme benefit and happiness. However, among the action tantras and the like, the deity mudras and mantra wisdom that are mainly taught have a very swift power of compassion and blessing in pacifying diseases, evil spirits, and suffering, due to the special qualities of past aspirations and prayers. As it is said in this very text: From the lineage of the gurus, the profound tantras, the meaning of many, the supreme instruction of the seven pacifiers, this is clearly explained, I, Padmasambhava, for the gathering of suitable vessels now, and for the benefit of future beings, impart this, do not forget it, practice it, temporary and ultimate.
