Wearing a clearly visible Vajra armor, with a circumference of about one fathom, holding the syllables of fierce mantras as weapons, ten wrathful deities, dark blue, holding a double kīla with a kīla base. Visualize being in the center of a five-layered tent, counting fire, water, and wind as one. Recite the protection mantra "Oṃ Vajra Caṇḍa Kīli Kī Lāya Vajra Kā Va Ci Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཙཎྜ་ཀཱི་ལི་ཀཱི་ལ་ཡ་བཛྲ་ཀཱ་བ་ཙི་ཧཱུྃ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ वज्र चण्ड किलि कि लाय वज्र का वा चि हुṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ vajra caṇḍa kīli kī lāya vajra kā va ci hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Vajra, Wrathful, Kīla, Kīla Tip, Vajra, Ka, Va, Ci, Hum) Vajra Jñāna Pañca Ra Jvāla Raṃ Rakṣa Hūṃ Phaṭ (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ཛྙཱ་ན་པཉྩ་ར་ཛྭ་ལ་རཾ་རཀྵ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र ज्ञान पञ्च र ज्वाला रं रक्ष हुं फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra jñāna pañca ra jvāla raṃ rakṣa hūṃ phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Vajra, Wisdom, Five, Radiance, Ram, Protect, Hum, Phat)" one hundred and eight times. Fourth, the meditation and sleeping yoga of Black Mañjuśrī: This practice is performed when one has doubts or signs of being harmed by curses, kīlas, etc., from others. At the end of the night or other times, if combined with other virtuous practices, it is sufficient to perform only the generation and recitation of the main practice. If only this practice is performed, then the seven-branch refuge and bodhicitta are: Mañjuśrī's body, the embodiment of the Three Jewels, I take refuge until enlightenment. I offer outer, inner, and secret offerings, I confess all sins and obscurations of the three doors. I generate bodhicitta for the benefit of beings, I dedicate the essence for the benefit of sentient beings. The main practice: All dharmas are inherently in the state of true emptiness. From (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूम्, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Seed syllable) arises the house where oneself is, made of meteorite iron, located in the center of the body. From (Tibetan: པཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: प, Sanskrit Romanization: paṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Lotus) arises a lotus, from (Tibetan: རཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Fire) arises a sun disc. The black (Tibetan: དྷཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: धीः, Sanskrit Romanization: dhīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Wisdom) syllable emits light, accomplishing the two benefits. It completely transforms into the body color of Black Mañjuśrī. The right hand wields a meteorite iron sword, circling the head. The left hand forms a wrathful mudra, making a gesture of cutting off, rotating a wheel. The two feet are in vajra posture, sitting upright. On the topknot of hair, holds the Prajñāpāramitā scripture. Wearing precious silks, in the aspect of perfect enjoyment. Light radiates from the three places, dissolving into the wisdom being. In one's heart, on the four petals of a lotus. In the center of the sun disc, is the seed syllable (Tibetan: དྷཱི, Sanskrit Devanagari: धी, Sanskrit Romanization: dhī, Literal Chinese meaning: Wisdom). Surrounded by the heart mantra. From the countless rays of light equal to the number of pores, emanate iron hooks and swords, filling space. Summoning the enemies, obstacles, and curses residing in the three realms. In front of oneself as Black Mañjuśrī. The body of planets, demons, red and black eight classes gathered together. The root face is the wrathful appearance of a rakshasa. The abdomen has a face devouring the three existences. The upper body is a wrathful deity, the waist is sin, the lower body is a snake tail, and the planet Rahu is coiled around the body. The forehead and two hands hold an iron pot and a copper ladle.

From (Sumle): Holding each of the accomplished Sugata's body, clearly appearing in the ocean of blood and firestorms. Fingers are iron anvils, thumbs are sattva knives, and the heads of the sorcerers are clearly visible on the rosary. Believing in this way, while reciting mantras, throwing out one rosary bead at a time, and visualizing: the head of the sorcerer is severed from the throat, bleeding profusely, trembling and being offered into the mouth of the visualized front-generated deity. It has such key points. Nri Tri Enemy Obstacle Sorcerer Sha Trum Mara Ya Hur Thum Curse Repel (藏文:ནྲི་ཏྲི་དགྲ་བགེགས་བྱད་མ་ཤ་ཏྲཱུཾ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཧུར་ཐུམས་རྦད་ཟློག,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:)! Harmer Citta Rupa Dha (藏文:གནོད་བྱེད་ཙིཏྟ་རཱུ་པ་དྷ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:)! Ha Pa Tsa Chindha Hum Phat (藏文:ཧ་པ་ཙ་ཚིནྡྷ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:)! Recite one round of the rosary. At the end of the session: All of myself and the front visualization, like clouds dissolving in the sky, merge into the realm of unborn Samantabhadra Manjushri. Enemies, obstacles, hindrances, and attachments disappear into the Dharmadhatu. The three circles are purified and dissolve into the state of great purity. Again, the deity body of the post-attainment is clearly and completely remembered. By this virtue, may I overcome the demons of dualistic clinging and the curses and phurba of outsiders. May the Dharmakaya of Manjushri, the all-pervading lord of the four bodies, liberate myself and others in the primordial Dharmadhatu. As it is said: Through practice, in reality, dreams, the body burns with flames, conquering enemies, holding weapons and killing sentient beings, eating hearts, intestines, flesh, blood, etc., if these occur, they are signs of accomplishment. Thus, for the fortunate Dharma Lord, and those who uphold, propagate, and protect the Dharma according to the Dharma, may all adverse conditions and obstacles of the Dharma holders be completely eliminated, and only this will accomplish the desired purpose. Profound treasure, mainly holding the secret words of Vajra, without irrelevant self-made additions, adorned with reasonable instructions, practice as it is, and accomplish bliss. This is the continuous yoga of the four Dharma categories for eliminating the obstacles of the Dharma Lord, the crown jewel of the Kagyu Ocean, the supreme incarnation of the venerable Gampopa, Kunsang Ngedon Wangpo, with the golden flower decree placed on the crown. Dharma Lord Lingpa, who has a firm understanding of the secret words of the profound treasure, wrote this, and the scribe is Yangraton Jampal. The continuous yoga of the four Dharma teachings for eliminating the obstacles of the Dharma Lord.
