愿获得。愿迅速从疾病中解脱。愿众生的所有疾病，永远不再发生。不被辛劳和努力所染污，如意宝珠如摩尼宝，满足有情众生的愿望，愿心想事成的吉祥降临。如是等回向祈愿吉祥。 也就是首先在吉祥寂静的地方，从聚集供品开始，避免狗和母猫女人等的来往，严密封闭处所，念诵七天百万咒语。念诵的时候，不吃盐、葱、鸡蛋、蒜等。不接触寡妇。 像这样先进行闭关，然后经常在早上空腹的时候，念诵一百零八遍或二十一遍咒语，对于主要由合成毒物所造成的动静一切毒害，是极好的防护。即使没有完成闭关，仅仅是不间断地坚持念诵，也能防护一切毒害，这是经过验证的。 其他防护方法：在深蓝色纸，或者蓝色绸缎，或者任何纸上，用金、朱砂或者墨，将咒语无错地用藏文正楷书写成一行。孔雀翎毛的汁液，芥子，菖蒲，螺灰等混合在书写材料中。用人形的柳条从下往上卷起。用红色的丝线缠绕。用蓝色和黄色绸缎依次包裹，外面用任何东西覆盖。字头朝上。吃饭和说话的时候，稍微松开保护符，戴在脖子上。 此外，关于共同和特殊的治疗方法等，应按照宗喀巴·达玛斯瓦米的教言和上师的实践来了解。 这也是从精通的达玛 কীর提那里获得此法的曼殊高沙所写，愿吉祥圆满！ 所有毒病的殊胜赞颂，金刚耳传的传承历史和诀窍。曼殊高沙。

May it be attained. May you quickly be liberated from illness. May all the diseases of beings never occur again. Untainted by effort and toil, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, fulfilling the hopes of sentient beings, may the auspiciousness of fulfilling wishes come to pass. Thus, dedicate prayers and auspiciousness. That is, first, in an auspicious and secluded place, starting from gathering offerings, avoid the comings and goings of dogs, female cats, women, etc., strictly close the retreat place, and recite a million mantras for seven days. During the recitation, do not eat salt, onions, eggs, garlic, etc. Do not touch widows. Having completed such a retreat beforehand, then regularly in the morning on an empty stomach, reciting one hundred and eight or twenty-one mantras without fail is highly praised for protecting against all kinds of poisons, especially those caused by compounded poisons. Even if the retreat is not completed, merely maintaining the unbroken practice will protect against all kinds of poisons, as has been proven through experience. For other protections: on dark blue paper, or blue silk, or any paper, write the mantras in a single line in clear Tibetan script without errors using gold, cinnabar, or ink. Mix the juice of peacock feathers, mustard seeds, calamus, conch shell ash, etc., into the writing material. Roll it up from the bottom with a willow twig in the shape of a person. Bind it with a red silk thread. Wrap it in blue and yellow silk in order, and cover the outside with anything. Point the top of the letters upwards. When eating and speaking, loosen the protection slightly and wear it around the neck. Furthermore, the common and special methods of healing, etc., should be understood according to the words of Zurkharwa Dharmaswami and the practice of the lama.
