If signs of bile overflow such as yellowing of the eyes appear, then soak saffron in good water, recite the mantra and give it. Other medical treatments such as bloodletting, moxibustion, purgatives, emetics, etc. are not necessary. This in itself is the unique and supreme king, and unless life is exhausted, it has been proven through experience that this method can sustain life.
