护卫之时已到， 恒常令世间具足安乐。 往昔于导师光藏之教法中， 曾发愿令释迦牟尼佛欢喜。 是故如来能仁之教法， 无论何时存在之期间， 恒常毫不懈怠地守护， 且教法存在之此方地域， 亦恒常守护救护之时已到。 汝昔日莲花生大士， 于北方雪域藏地， 曾多次灌顶秘密真言坛城， 敕令为守护藏地之护法， 于未来末劫之时， 守护具恶者之边境战争， 如是敕令立誓，忆念本誓， 此方地域交付于汝之管辖。 恒常守护且增益安乐， 且不生边境恶战之损害， 愿时时圆满具足安乐。 无欺真实之天语， 以恒常之语往昔所立誓， 此时莫忘忆念， 守护救护且完全管辖， 祈愿赐予和平圆满。 南方瞻部洲之此地， 众人如法行持之时， 汝等威光威力极增长， 若福德与光彩得以增长， 我等如法行持之此方地域， 非是救护之时更待何时， 毫不懈怠地恒常守护救护。 莫违背导师善逝之教言， 莫毁坏金刚颅鬘力之誓言， 莫违背修持之持明我之言， 莫浪费供养之果报， 各自莫忘所许誓言， 祈愿此时成就所托之事业。 纳摩。 如今无量之供云， 以及供施之朵玛，殊妙庄严甘露之大海，广大殊胜具足之此物，供养祈请回向于四大天王及其眷属。 此地与此方地域所居住之人与 财物及牲畜等一切， 恒常交付于汝等四大天王之管辖与奴仆， 故忆念往昔之誓愿，于此处稳固安住后，

The time to protect has arrived, May you always make the world happy and peaceful. In the past, in the teachings of the guide Ösung, I prayed to please Shakyamuni Buddha. Therefore, as long as the teachings of the Sugata Thubpa remain, Always protect them without negligence, And also this region where the teachings reside, The time has come to always protect and save. You, in the past, by Guru Padmasambhava, In this northern snowy land of Tibet, After empowering many secret mantra mandalas, You were commanded to be the protector of Tibet, And in the future, at the end of time, Protect against the border wars of the wicked, Thus commanded and vowed, remember your commitment, This region is entrusted to your care. Always protect and increase happiness and prosperity, And may the harm of evil border wars not arise, May you always be full of happiness and well-being. The infallible true words of the gods, The vows made in the past with eternal words, Remember them at this time without forgetting, Protect, save, and completely govern, May you grant peace and perfection. In this land of the southern Jambudvipa, When people behave according to Dharma, May your glory, power, and strength greatly increase, If merit and splendor increase, This region where we behave according to Dharma, It is none other than the time to protect, Without negligence, always protect and save. Do not break the words of the Teacher, the Blissful One, Do not break the vows of Vajra Tötreng Tsal, Do not break the words of the accomplished Vidyadhara, Do not waste the fruits of material offerings, Do not neglect your own vows, May you accomplish the entrusted task at this time. Now, this immeasurable cloud of offerings, And the offering of the torma, the great ocean of nectar with excellent ornaments, vast and supreme, I offer, request, and dedicate to the Four Great Kings and their retinues. May all external enemies and obstacles be pacified, especially preventing the invasion of the Russian people in border wars, calming all obstacles, and properly protecting the external borders.
