After purifying with ablutions, accomplish it as in the front generation. Afterwards, without damaging the navel, fold it as usual and wrap it with silk of the same color as the deity. If (Tibetan: ཤཱནྟིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: शान्तिं कुरु, Sanskrit Romanization: śāntiṃ kuru, Literal Chinese meaning: pacify make) is added to the mantras, it will pacify the fear of harm arising; if (Tibetan: རཀྵ་ཀུ་རུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रक्षा कुरु, Sanskrit Romanization: rakṣā kuru, Literal Chinese meaning: protect make) is added, it will protect from harm; if "turn back, turn back" is added, it will turn back the harm that has already arisen, so it is said in the scriptures. If you pay great attention to accomplishing these activities, then as a support, make many tsa-tsas of the same color as the deity, add the respective augmenting words to them, put them inside the tsa-tsas, consecrate them, and then place them in a secluded place, so that the power of the activity will not diminish and will be more stable. By offering many water tormas with precious jewels, medicines, grains, and various flowers added to many kinds of water, the activity will be accomplished for a long time. Offer pure flowers that match the color of the respective deities for the burnt offerings, both general and specific. Visualize the respective deities in the fire pit and offer many common fire offering rituals that include the ten-syllable augmenting words, so that the activity will be accomplished quickly. Write many sets of mantras on paper and spin them in the wind. At appropriate times, visualize them as deities, make offerings, praises, recitations, and entrust activities, so that the activity will be accomplished effortlessly, and it is said that if it can be definitely accomplished for great fears such as earthquakes and fires, it will be the best. By this also, from great fears, may it become the glory of protecting all beings, and may we completely cross from this and the eternally fearful, all fearful dangers! Therefore, these methods of protecting from fear are urgently needed, but in the old treasures, apart from a small amount of medicine and mantras, there are few records related to the methods of accomplishing through generation stage and recitation.
