那玛萨尔瓦布达波地萨特瓦雅！ 祝圣之事，与其他共通之处相同，但特别之处在于，轮（藏文：ཙཀྲ，梵文天城体：चक्र，梵文罗马拟音：cakra，汉语字面意思：轮）的咒语要念诵一百零八遍，尽力摆设食子会供。然后用丝绸或五色线缠绕轮，放入擦擦（藏文：སཱཙྪ，梵文，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：擦擦）中。擦擦涂上与五行属性相符的颜色。将物品放入乌龟壳中，如果找不到，就用丝绸绘制乌龟的形状包裹。将加持过的乌龟和轮、擦擦埋在修行室的西北角，要严密封口。这样埋藏时，也要注意埋在干燥的地方，最重要的是不要被任何人知道或看到。 在一切之中，这是最殊胜的，能降伏一切恶咒符文，不要传播，藏于心间，如果传播，会被空行母的誓言惩罚。 萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 达提姆！ 埋藏印！ 交付印！ 宝藏印！ 卡汤！ ༈ 来自《上师意集》，有降伏一切黑恶颅骨的口诀。 纳摩 咕噜 德瓦 达吉尼 吽！（藏文：ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་དྷེ་ཝ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：नमो गुरु देव डाकिनी हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：Namo guru deva ḍākinī hūṃ，汉语字面意思：敬礼上师本尊空行母吽！） 持明密咒瑜伽士，为了成就息增等一切事业，需要持有多种颅骨，因此这个降伏一切恶颅骨的方法，是不可或缺的，要深藏。 无论有丝绸、布匹或纸张，都像小图一样绘制轮。 无诤的舍利，加持过的头发和骨头，各种药物、珍宝、谷物等，用轮包裹，用丝绸，虎皮、豹皮、熊皮等任何能找到的皮革包裹，再用彩线捆扎。 在良辰吉日，摆设三根本坛城会供，按照仪轨进行祝圣，念诵轮的自生咒一百零八遍。 在男女颅骨交合处，用轮、珍宝、药物、谷物填充，外壳用合适的颜料涂抹。 在修行室朝东的方位，在人看不到的地方秘密埋藏。 上面放置加持过的身像或擦擦等。 与此相应的瑜伽士，无论持有何种颅骨，都能赐予吉祥的成就。 同样，持有中等的，能聚集空行母，下等的，能成就现世事业。 没有这个，就无法获得吉祥的成就，中等的会变成恶劣的，恶劣的会造成各种破坏。 因此，瑜伽士们要知道，这个降伏一切黑恶颅骨的方法，与业和福分有关。

Namas sarva buddha bodhisattvaya! The consecration ritual is similar to other common practices, but with the special feature of reciting the mantra of the wheel (cakra) one hundred and eight times. Arrange the torma offerings as much as possible. Then, wrap the wheel with silk or five-colored thread and place it inside a tsa-tsa. Paint the tsa-tsa with colors that correspond to the elements. Place the items inside a turtle shell. If you cannot find one, wrap the items in silk cloth with a turtle shape drawn on it. Bury the consecrated turtle, wheel, and tsa-tsa in the northwest corner of the practice room, sealing it tightly. When burying in this way, it is important to bury it in a dry place, and most importantly, ensure that it is not known or seen by anyone. Among all, this is the most supreme, capable of subduing all evil mantra scripts. Do not propagate it; keep it hidden in your heart. If you propagate it, you will be punished by the oath of the dakinis. Samaya! Gya gya gya! Dha thim! Sealing of burial! Sealing of entrustment! Sealing of treasure! Khatam! ༈ From "The Gathering of the Guru's Intentions," there is the instruction for subduing all black evil skulls. Namo guru deva dakini hum! The vidyadhara yogi who holds the secret mantra, in order to accomplish all activities such as pacifying and increasing, needs to hold many kinds of skulls. Therefore, this method of subduing all evil skulls is indispensable and should be deeply hidden. Whether you have silk, cloth, or paper, draw the wheel like a small picture. Wrap the wheel with uncontested relics, blessed hair and bones, various medicines, jewels, grains, etc. Wrap it with silk and any available leather such as tiger skin, leopard skin, or bear skin, and then tie it with colored threads. On an auspicious day, arrange the mandala of the Three Roots and the tsok offering. Perform the consecration according to the ritual, and recite the wheel's self-arisen mantra one hundred and eight times. In the union of male and female skulls, fill it with the wheel, jewels, medicines, and grains. Coat the outer shell with suitable colors. In the east-facing direction of the practice room, secretly bury it where people cannot see it. Place a consecrated statue or tsa-tsa on top. The yogi who possesses this, no matter what kind of skull he holds, will bestow auspicious accomplishments. Similarly, holding the medium one will gather dakinis, and holding the lower one will accomplish worldly activities. Without this, one cannot obtain auspicious accomplishments; the medium one will turn bad, and the bad one will cause various destructions. Therefore, yogis should know that this method of subduing all black evil skulls is related to karma and merit.
