Do not reveal it to others, keep it in your heart; if you reveal it to the public, you will violate the king's oath. Accumulate it as a treasure for yourself. To protect the poisonous blood substances, explain the stages of Samadhi: First, meditate on emptiness; this is the view, called the "God of Great Power," which will never be destroyed, like the sky. Then, visualize the substances and containers, with the fire of the kalpa blazing. Like the sparks of a blacksmith, visualize burning all harm-doers. Recite mantras on it, like blowing bellows on a fire, visualize being burned by the great fire. Transform yourself into the Yidam deity, regarding it as the lord and master. Consider the eight classes of gods and demons as servants, like a lord giving orders to servants. Visualize everything listening. When the work is finished, this is the stage of Samadhi. Explaining the selection of substances: When discarding all kinds of poisons, do not discard wolfsbane and precious mineral poisons. Wolfsbane is the wolf among poisons, precious mineral poisons contain verdigris, because verdigris eliminates the smell of blood, therefore these two should not be discarded. Afterwards, collect all the poisons you can find. When discarding all kinds of blood, do not discard the blood of pigeons, bats, lepers, and turtles (because it will become weak). Pigeons are weak-blooded due to stuttering, bats are weak-spirited due to sleepiness, lepers lose their power due to complete decay, therefore these three should not be discarded. Afterwards, collect various kinds of blood. Do not rely on salt, alkali, or roasted barley flour, salt will diminish the power of other substances, roasted barley flour will eliminate the smell and cannot be removed afterwards, it will diminish the power of poisons and blood, therefore do not mix them in. These substances should not be easily shown to others, if they fall into the hands of someone without vows, the toxicity will be weakened, therefore it is important to keep them hidden. These are the selections of substances. Explaining the characteristics of the containers: If kept in a residence, store it in an urn. When not needed, seal the mouth with grease (because the vapor accumulates, the power is strong), therefore it should be stored in porcelain. If traveling around the country, put it in a shortened scabbard (easy to hide and powerful), therefore it should be put in a foot-tube like a bell. If performing fierce actions, put it in a yak horn (vapor is emitted, full of power), therefore cherish the horn of a young yak (make a crocodile mouth at the tip of the horn to prevent vapor from escaping). If harmed by a male ghost, wear: ma ma zhu tri ma ra ya dza, ma ma tri ma ra ya dza, ma du tri dza ma ra ya rab. If harmed by a female ghost, wear: tri'u tri'u ma ra ya dza, tri sho ma ra ya dza, tri du ma ra ya dza rab. If harmed by a demon or female demon, wear it. If protecting yogurt and wine, add this mantra below the common mantra: oṃ sarva sarva bi sarva sarva hūṃ phaṭ. Sprinkle it on barley and pour it into a wooden bowl. Wear it like this. If reversing curses, recite this mantra below the common mantra: oṃ bhā ta ya bhā ta ya loka bhā ta ya hūṃ zlog zlog. After reciting, apply poisonous blood and throw it as a torma. Do this.
