来！嗡 哈哈萨嘎尔巴 帕！ 瓦嘎 阿比钦扎 阿！由此获得哈哈萨嘎尔巴的语之灌顶和教敕。能够念诵咒语和吟唱。上师心间的吽字发出光芒，照射到弟子心间的吽字上。由此发出光芒，照射到前方的哈哈萨嘎尔巴心间的吽字和呸字上。从这些发出光芒，观想融入弟子你自己的心中。将红供物交到手中，吽！此乃哈哈萨嘎尔巴的，心之灌顶物，放置于你的手中，愿获得哈哈萨嘎尔巴的灌顶！嗡 哈哈萨嘎尔巴 帕！ 泽达 阿比钦扎 吽！由此获得意之灌顶和教敕。能够修习各种不同的观想。再次将供物交到手中，顶礼薄伽梵圣妙吉祥，贡觉赤列的国王等幻化之四人，贤者四人，祈请之四人，接受之四人，女王昂觉，汉地的班智达九人，藏地的译师九人，从九译传承下来的上师、堪布，具有智慧、慈悲、能力之士们，特别是大持明者麦久多杰，成就自在者噶玛恰美等，祈请此传承的具德上师们的加持！威力强大的教敕护法地藏哈哈萨嘎尔巴，黑肤三头者及其眷属，如昔日在圣妙吉祥前承诺立誓一般，祈愿此具缘弟子三百六十种障碍，八十千种魔障，四百零四种疾病等一切不顺之品，悉皆寂灭！此弟子食用布施之食，行持委派之事，听闻教诲之语，成办所需之义，遮止旱灾和凶兆，诛杀怨恨之敌，遣除损害之魔，遣除障碍违缘的诸般事业！如此下令后，如理作吉祥之语。由此，从天法意之宝藏中出现的，地藏哈哈萨嘎尔巴的教敕得以圆满获得。心想不要违背所承诺的誓言和三昧耶，念诵此句。如主尊一般等等，以及献酬谢曼扎等如共同仪轨而行。因为不需要后续的供养和赞颂等，所以不作意。

Come! Om Ha Sa Garbha Phat! Vaka Abhiṣiñca Ah! By this, you receive the empowerment and command of the speech of Ha Sa Garbha. You have the power to recite mantras and chant. Light radiates from the Hum syllable in the heart of the master, striking the Hum syllable in the heart of the disciple. From this, light radiates, striking the Hum and Phet syllables in the heart of Ha Sa Garbha in front. From these, light radiates, and contemplate it dissolving into your own heart, disciple. Hand over the red torma, Hum! This is the empowerment substance of the heart of Ha Sa Garbha. By placing it in your hand, may you receive the empowerment of Ha Sa Garbha! Om Ha Sa Garbha Phat! Citta Abhiṣiñca Hum! By this, you receive the empowerment and command of the mind. You have the power to contemplate various kinds of visualizations. Again, hand over the torma, Homage to the Bhagavan, the noble Manjushri, Kongtse Trulgyi Gyalpo and the other four emanated men, the four wise men, the four who request, the four who receive, Queen Angjo, the nine panditas of China, the nine translators of Tibet, the lamas and masters who have descended from the nine translations, those who possess wisdom, compassion, and power, and especially the great vidyadhara Migyur Dorje, Drubwang Karma Chakme, and all the glorious and holy lamas from whom this lineage has descended, please bless us! The powerful protector of the command, the earth lord Ha Sa Garbha, the black-skinned, three-headed one with his retinue, just as you promised and vowed before the noble Manjushri in the past, may you pacify all unfavorable conditions, such as the three hundred and sixty kinds of obstacles, the eighty thousand kinds of demonic forces, and the four hundred and four kinds of diseases, for this fortunate disciple! May this disciple eat the food of generosity, perform the entrusted tasks, listen to the words of advice, accomplish the necessary meanings, avert drought and bad omens, kill hateful enemies, repel harmful demons, and perform the activities of averting obstacles and adverse conditions! After giving these instructions, offer auspicious words as appropriate. Thus, the command of the earth lord Ha Sa Garbha, which arose from the treasure of the mind of the Heavenly Dharma, is perfectly received. Thinking that you will not transgress the vows and samayas you have promised, repeat this. Perform the offering of thanks mandala and so on as in the common ritual, such as the main deity. Since there is no need for subsequent offerings and praises, do not focus on them.

如果放在地上可以，但如果不能理解，就供养食子。用三谷物加持，吽 （藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。哈萨嘎巴及其眷属，请享用这红色的食子。显现和存在的世间诸神鬼，以及鬼魅妖魔等一切，都带走。跑到仇恨敌人的地方，在那儿获得住所和宫殿，在那儿转移吃喝。萨尔瓦 布达 嘎擦 嘎擦（藏文：སརྦ་བྷཱུ་ཏ་གཙྪ་གཙྪ།，梵文天城体：सर्व भूत गच्छ गच्छ，梵文罗马拟音：sarva bhūta gaccha gaccha，汉语字面意思：一切 भूत 去 去）。这样将食子送到外面。显现 存在清净的轮涅化为光，自己三族合一融入身，那也从外到内消失为空性。愿以善行成就三族怙主，吉祥如意，心愿任运成就！这也是按照上师传承们的做法，咒师莲花舞自在所编纂的可以念诵的。虽然这个朵在此地念诵的很多，但是获得口传和具有合格实修者，非常稀少，因此愿对乡村咒师们，成为像饥饿时食物般的修持利益。善妙增上！ 从天法意之伏藏中，地神哈萨嘎巴的口传实修。莲花舞自在。

If it is okay to leave it on the ground, but if you cannot understand it, then offer the torma. Bless it with three grains, Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). Hāsa-garbha and retinue, please accept this red torma. All the gods and demons of appearance and existence, and all kinds of ghosts and spirits, take them away. Run to the land of hateful enemies, obtain dwellings and palaces there, and transfer eating and drinking there. Sarva Bhūta Gaccha Gaccha (藏文：སརྦ་བྷཱུ་ཏ་གཙྪ་གཙྪ།，梵文天城体：सर्व भूत गच्छ गच्छ，梵文罗马拟音：sarva bhūta gaccha gaccha，汉语字面意思：All भूत Go Go). Thus, send the torma outside. Appearance Existence, purified, dissolves into light in the wheel. Oneself, the three families united, merges into the body. That too, from the outside in, vanishes into emptiness. May the protectors of the three families be accomplished through virtue. May there be auspiciousness, well-being, and spontaneous fulfillment of wishes! This, too, is compiled by the mantra practitioner Padma Garwang, according to the practice of the lineage lamas, so that it can be recited. Although this 'Do' is recited a lot in this area, those who have received the oral transmission and have qualified practitioners are very rare, so may it become like food for the hungry for the village mantra practitioners.
