དོན་གྱི་སྐུར་སྨིན་པའི༔ དབང་མཆོག་རིན་ཆེན་ཤར་ཚད་རང་གྲོལ་ཟུངས༔ ཨ་ཨ་ཨ་ཕཊ༔ ཨ་ཨ་ཨ་ཕཊ༔ ཨ་ཨ་ཨ་ཕཊ༔ དེས་རིག་པ་རྩལ་གྱི་དབང་ཐོབ། བར་ཆད་ཐམས་ཅད་དབྱིངས་སུ་ཞི། རྫོགས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་བསྒོམ་པ་ལ་དབང་། གྲོལ་ས་མངོན་དུ་བྱེད་པའི་སྐལ་པ་ཅན་དུ་བྱས་པའོ། །དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་གཙོ་བོ་ལས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་སྐུ་གཉིས་པ་འཕྲོས་ནས་ཁྱེད་རང་ལ་ཐིམ་པས་ལྷ་དང་གཉིས་སུ་མེད་པའི་ཡོན་ཏན་རྫོགས་པར་མོས། སྐུ་བརྙན་གཏད་ལ། ཡེ་ཤེས་མཆོག་གི་རང་བཞིན་མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་གཏེར༔ ཕན་བདེའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྐྱེད་པའི་བདེ་ཆེན་མའི༔ ཏིང་འཛིན་རོལ་པ་ཡེ་ཤར་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱིཿ དབང་མཆོག་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་སློབ་མས་ཐོབ་གྱུར་ཅིག༔ དབྱངས་གསལ་ཡེ་དྷརྨ་བཟླས་ཏེ་མེ་ཏོག་འཐོར༔ ཡི་དམ་ལྷའི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་དང་དབྱེར་མི་ཕྱེད་པར་བརྟན་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །དེས་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་དབང་ཐོབ། སྒོ་གསུམ་ཆ་སྙོམས་ཀྱི་ནད་གདོན་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་སྦྱངས། ལྷ་རྟོག་དབྱེར་མེད་བསྒོམ་པ་ལ་དབང་། ཡི་དམ་ལྷའི་ཡོན་ཏན་འགྲུབ་པའི་སྐལ་པ་ཅན་དུ་བྱས་པའོ། །གཏོར་མ་རིག་ སྔགས་རྒྱལ་མོའི་རང་བཞིན་ཕྱག་ཏུ་གཏད་པས་རྣམ་བཞིའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་སྒྲུབ་པའི་མཐུ་ནུས་ཐོབ་པར་མོས་ཤིག །གཏོར་མ་ལག་ཏུ་གཏད་ལ། ཡེ་ཤེས་རྩེ་མོ་མཁའ་དབྱིངས་མའི༔ མཛད་པ་ཡོངས་རྫོགས་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཀྱིས༔ སྐལ་ལྡན་འདི་ལ་དབང་བསྐུར་བས༔ རྒྱལ་བའི་མཛད་པ་ཇི་བཞིན་ཤོག༔ གཏོར་མ་འདི་ཉིད་རྒྱལ་མཚན་རྩེ་མོའི་ལྷ་མོ་དངོས་སུ་གྱུར་ཏེ། སླར་ཡང་ཁྱོད་རང་གི་སྤྱི་བོར་བྱོན་ནས་རྒྱུད་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་པར་གྱུར་སྙམ་དུ་མོས་གུས་སྐྱེད་ཅིག །བརྒྱུད་པའི་གཤར་འདེབས་དང་བཀའ་བསྒོ་སྤྱི་ལྟར་བྱ། མཐར། གཏོར་མའི་ལྷ་འོད་དུ་ཞུ་ནས་ཁྱེད་རང་ལ་ཐིམ་པས་འཕགས་མ་རྒྱལ་མཚན་རྩེ་མོའི་དཔུང་རྒྱན་དང་དབྱེར་མི་ཕྱེད་པར་གྱུར་པར་མོས་ཤིག །མེ་ཏོག་འཐོར་ལ་ཤིས་པ་བརྗོད། དམ་ཚིག་བསྒྲག་གཟུང་ཕྱིན་ཆད་སྤྱི་ལྟར་བྱའོ། །སློབ་དཔོན་གྱིས་གཏོར་འབུལ་ཚོགས་མཆོད་གཉིས་ཀའམ་གང་རུང་། གཏང་རག་མཆོད་བསྟོད། ནོངས་བཤགས། གཤེགས་བསྟིམ་གང་འོས། བདག་བསྐྱེད། བསྔོ་སྨོན་ཤིས་བརྗོད་ཀྱི་བར་གོང་དུ་སྨྲོས་པ་ལྟར་བྱའོ། །རིག་སྔགས་གནམ་ལྕགས་རལ་གྲིའི་ལྕེས། །བདུད་བགེགས་མགོ་བོ་ཚལ་པར་བཀས། །བདག་སྲུང་མི་ཤིགས་རྡོ་རྗེའི་གོ །བྱམས་པའི་ཞུ་ལུབས་ཐེབས་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཚུལ་འདི་ཞལ་ནས་གསུངས་པའི་མདོ་གཟུངས་དངོས་སུ་བཞུགས་པས་ཁུངས་དང་ནུས་པ་ཆེ་ཞིང་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཉེ་བར་མཁོ་ཡང་དུས་ཀྱི་དབང་ལས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱིས

意义之身成熟之，殊胜灌顶珍宝自然解脱持，ཨ་ཨ་ཨ་ཕཊ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！ཨ་ཨ་ཨ་ཕཊ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！ཨ་ཨ་ཨ་ཕཊ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！以此获得觉性力量之灌顶，一切障碍于法界中寂灭，有权修持大圆满，已成为能现前解脱之地的有缘者。从坛城之主放射出第二智慧身融入你，信解圆满与本尊无二之功德。交付身像，智慧至上自性智悲宝藏，生起利乐智慧之大乐母，三摩地嬉戏智慧功德之，殊胜灌顶圆满弟子愿获得。念诵明咒耶达玛并散花，愿本尊之身语意与你不分离而稳固。以此获得功德之灌顶，净化三门平等之疾病魔障罪障，有权修持本尊观想无分别，已成为能成就本尊功德的有缘者。交付朵玛， 以咒语女王之自性交付于手中，信解获得成办四种事业之威力和能力。交付朵玛于手中，智慧顶髻虚空母之，事业圆满事业之，以此灌顶有缘者，愿如诸佛之事业。此朵玛实为尊胜佛母，再次降临于你之顶轮加持相续，生起信敬之心。传承之安立和教诫如常进行。最后，朵玛之本尊化为光融入你，信解与圣尊尊胜佛母之眷属无别。散花并说吉祥语。誓言宣告受持之后如常进行。上师供养朵玛会供二者皆可或任一。酬谢赞颂，忏悔，迎请融入随意。自生，回向发愿吉祥语之间如上所说进行。以明咒天铁宝剑之舌，将邪魔头颅砍为碎片，愿我等守护者金刚之甲，遍及慈悲之热力。此乃口述之经咒真实存在，故来源和能力强大且非常需要，然因时代所迫，诸佛

Having matured into the body of meaning, the supreme empowerment, the precious, spontaneously liberated essence, A A A PHAT! A A A PHAT! A A A PHAT! Through this, may you receive the empowerment of the power of awareness. May all obstacles be pacified in the realm of reality. May you have the authority to meditate on the Great Perfection. You have been made fortunate to manifest the ground of liberation. From the main deity of the mandala, a second wisdom body radiates and dissolves into you, believe that you have perfected the qualities of being inseparable from the deity. Entrust the statue. The very nature of supreme wisdom, the treasure of wisdom and compassion, the great bliss mother who generates the wisdom of benefit and happiness, the samadhi play of wisdom and qualities, may the disciple fully receive the supreme empowerment. Recite the melodious Ye Dharma and scatter flowers. May the body, speech, and mind of the yidam deity be inseparable from you and remain stable. Through this, you receive the empowerment of qualities. Purify the diseases, evil influences, and obscurations of the three doors equally. Have the authority to meditate on the inseparability of deity and thought. You have been made fortunate to accomplish the qualities of the yidam deity. Offering the torma, By entrusting the nature of the queen of mantras into your hands, believe that you have obtained the power and ability to accomplish the four activities. Entrust the torma into your hands. The supreme wisdom, the sky-like mother, the complete activity of the activities, by empowering this fortunate one, may it be just like the activity of the Buddhas. May this torma actually become the goddess Ushnishavijaya. Again, may she come to the crown of your head and bless your lineage. Generate faith and respect. The establishment of the lineage and the instructions should be done as usual. Finally, may the deity of the torma dissolve into light and merge into you, believe that you have become inseparable from the retinue of the noble Ushnishavijaya. Scatter flowers and speak auspicious words. From the declaration of vows onwards, proceed as usual. The teacher may offer the torma, either the tsok offering or both, or either one. Gratitude, praise, confession, dissolution as appropriate. The self-generation, dedication, aspiration, and auspicious words should be done as mentioned above. With the tongue of the vidya mantra, the iron sword of the sky, may the heads of demons and obstacles be cut into pieces. May the indestructible vajra armor of my protectors, be filled with the warmth of loving-kindness.
