If it is shown to others, there is a danger of the life essence falling into a low state. Therefore, cherish it and keep it in your heart. The practice method of Yama's Oral Transmission is the most secret of secrets. I, Padmasambhava, hid it in the rock of Lhodrak Menmo for the sake of future mantra holders with vows. From that, light radiates and burns the world, In the vast expanse of emptiness, Above a lotus, sun, and moon stacked on top of each other, On a seat of crossed water buffaloes, From the complete transformation of the black Hūṃ, One's own body becomes the form of Manjushri Yama, One face, two hands, body color black, Fierce face, drooping lips, bared fangs, Three eyes glaring, red and moving, Eyebrows extremely frightening, flashing like lightning, Beard and hair burning like flames, Hair brownish-black, curling upwards, Five skulls, crown, and head ornaments beautiful, The right hand holds a human head staff, The left hand holds a wheel at the heart, The body is adorned with charnel ground ornaments.ྒྱན༔ The two feet are extended and contracted, creating a posture. In its heart, the black Hūṃ is clear. From that, light radiates, offering to the noble ones. Having benefited sentient beings, it merges into Hūṃ. Rely on red sandalwood and yak wood, and by reciting much, the activities of subjugation will be accomplished. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Zab Gya! If you wish to accomplish the activity of wrath, on iron and thorny wood, as an appendage to the root mantra: Māraya Phaṭ! (藏文：མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：मारय फट्，梵文罗马拟音：māraya phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Kill Phaṭ!) Write with blood, rely on the apple tree and yellow bark, and by reciting much, the activities of wrath will be accomplished. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya!
