Vajravarāhī, the lamp of Lab. The retinue of the five classes of ḍākinīs, hundreds of thousands of divisions. And also inconceivable ḍākinīs. The great powerful one who is the messenger of all. Secret wisdom ḍākinī. Her two feet rely on the great power of the earth. Her body is on top of Mount Meru. The pig face is terrifying at the peak of existence. Her three red and wrathful eyes blaze. Her mouth is open, biting golden fangs. Her tongue flashes lightning, and the sound of hūṃ phaṭ bhyo resounds greatly. The sound of thunder resounds greatly. Causing the heads of enemies and obstructors to burst. With her hair standing on end. She drops vajra hailstones, flashing. She turns enemies and obstructors into dust. With your left hand, fill a skull cup with blood and bestow the nectar of accomplishment upon practitioners. Hurl a blood-soaked weapon at obstacles. Emanate millions of dakini hosts, accomplish all the activities of the four actions. Supreme samaya substances that please you, I offer torma, meat, alcohol, and ornaments. Accomplish the activities I entrust to you, dispel unfavorable conditions and obstacles, and grant me favorable accomplishments. Thus, blow the flute of the great conch shell. Afterward, sprinkle water on the ransom substances. The ransom offering is as follows: First, blow the flute of the great conch shell that subdues the three realms, while playing the cymbals. Obeisance to the Dharma Lord, the Black-faced Sow Mother, the attendant goddess, the Radiant One, the blue-faced sow holding a mirror. The attendant goddess, the Steadfast One, the yellow-faced smiling one holding a vase. The attendant goddess, the Clear White One, the white one holding a yak tail fan. The attendant goddess, the Radiant One, the red one holding an iron hook. The attendant goddess, the Rain-Pouring One, the dark purple-faced sow holding an electric lasso. Summon the assembly of a million dakinis, for me and this patron donor, perform the activity of pacifying illness and demons. Whatever demon, obstacle, or evil spirit is harming this patient, do not disobey my command! I am the exceedingly wrathful mother, dispatching a million attendant messengers. If you dare to disobey the command, the assembly of attendant dakinis will become wrathful, tear out your heart, demon, and drink the blood flowing from the life-force veins. Therefore, without disobeying the command, take this pleasing ransom offering, and without harming this patient, each of you return to your own abode. Depart immediately! Thus, strike the phat forcefully, and sound the loud sounds of the damaru and thighbone trumpet. Send the ransom substances outside. By this, the patient will be liberated from demons, and the suffering of the illness will be pacified. Furthermore, if the patient's condition is severe, and no matter what treatment is given
